Come mingle meet all your DISpals and enjoy the pool or just have a drink!

I love it! You + me + $150 in gc + petals pool bar = where's Timmy's pole? Notice I said dh loved the weather--I carried my sweatshirt around with me all day. And wouldn't even go near the pool (Ang, I know you know what I mean!).



I haven't heard of one yet, but I don't think anyone's put together a list with dates yet either. From what I gather, we're pretty spread out--my ticker is at 4 months, yours is at 5, and Bonz's is at 6. That could be one lllooonnnggg par-tay!

Lisa, were you at the POP pool party? I was. If I am not sitting right next to someone I cannot hear them. I also thought I knew everyone at the Sports. Do you know Evy? She was over the night housekeeping last I knew. She used to be over day until she got really sick a few years ago. Very special lady, knew her from when she was our mousekeeper way back when.

M&N, I have Lupus and can relate. Just can never plan for how you are going to feel from day to day. I am sure that you will be careful with Sophia and she is small enough to contain. My grandkids had to learn to stand on a small ottoman so that I could pick them up some days. Kids cope, and so do we.

Diva K, I am glad that you are back and as sound as you are ever likely to be. Are you going to do a TR? Could I borrow a cup of your energy?

I am getting a few days off. I had despaired of my dbil ever inviting Tom to spend the night again after he had him for those two weeks back in September last. I so looked forward to those occasions when I could get some much needed work done and still have a bit of time to sit, with a tall glass of iced tea and a good book, without interruption. I think I have found the solution to more frequent visits. I woke up with blood pouring from my nostrils the other night and Tom figured that I would not be up for cooking a big Easter dinner so he has decided to help me out by going for a visit. My dbil, who gets custody, if I falter has decided to help me out so that he will not have the full time duty. Works for me.

SG/who apologizes for the Indiana snow. I bought tomato plants. I am very sorry.

M&N, I appreciate the kind thoughts but I believe it would be the blind leading the blind in our cases. Besides, the truth is (shhhhh, do not tell dh) that it is nothing serious. Blood just looks worse than it is. The serious stuff seldom is as dramatic. My heart 'desires' to clean the carpets, clean a few cupboards, finish up the veggie garden prep and a few other small things. I am one seriously mentally ill woman. I should hop in the car and make a quick trip you know where. I will not though.

Hope you got some sleep last night! Parkhopper is a flat $50 fee, no matter the length of ticket. It has to be added within the first 14 days of use. I know way too much about tickets, lol.

Thanks for the info, I'll pass it on to my BFF. She has park hopper, but they are taking her step-grandaughter with them and will have to purchase a ticket for her and trying to decide what they want to do.

My 'ole MS is acting up a bit today....awoke in the middle of the night to find the room spinning around me, had to hold on to the wall to visit the ladies room down the hall. Better now...slight vertigo with a mild headache. Funny, being on line is not bothering me as long as I don't move my eyes too quickly, so it is a bit of a slow process typing. Hardest today is that rocking makes me nauseous and that's how sweet Sophia goes to sleep.

DD offered to call out sick, but it's not that bad. Would rather have her save the sick days for a more serious need.

The sun keeps coming out from behind the clouds and makes me nauseous - may have to move to DD bedroom for the day where the light is softer... oh! or I can wear my sunglasses.

Hope it is an excellent Monday for all!

Sounds good to me. The DH is going to wonder what in the world I am up to gone so much. Oh, we have a date for him to come home, April 21st. The good news is we were going to Cocoa Beach on the 25th, so we can still make that trip. I sure home money starts growing on trees soon.

You're not alone. I've still not figured out the multi quote technique. I've tried it - nothing shows up at all...then the next few posts all show up with quotes even tho I did not click on quote!

I use the copy and paste method for more than one quote now - otherwise it's hopeless.

Hit the middle button that has the + and " and after you have selected all the posts you wish to quote you want, then hit quote on one of you selected post. At the top of the page you will see all the quotes you have selected and then just reply as normal. hop this helps everyone!
