Sept 2007 My Affair w/Mickey -- Complete!

Today I laid out the clothes for DD and me to wear, coordinating the colors. DH reluctantly said he would do the same. This should make it a bit easier for us to find each other -- no more, hmmm, what was he wearing! (And our pictures will look better too!)

Also, my DH surprised me today with this -- our light-up green MH for the stroller! He made it tonight all by himself!!

And here is what it looks like not lit up:

That is so awesome!! I love it!!

BTW...where is the pic of your clothes?? We wanna see...

thanks for the good wishes...yesterday I was getting a little down and not motivated but today I'm back up and all excited...I only have 22 things to pack (and yes DisneyMomMom I now have shirts and undies and bra packed!)

Today I buy postage stamps, sign into SouthWest, get Milk from Costco for when we return and pick up some books from the library...oh, and of course finish packing!

I hope to see you September folks down there!!!

My DH said the same thing -- hmmm, maybe I should make some more to sell down there!!

He actually changed the design so now there is one continuous wire for the Mickey Head and ears and no background wire anymore...He said he'll make me another one tonight so we can put on both sides of the stroller or attach to a lanyard and wear around our neck!

- one large suitcase
- one smaller suitcase 1/2 filled
- one beach bag as carryon filled with snacks
- one purse/diaper bag
- one toddler suitcase with DD's toys/books

That is so cool, looks like they are battery operated? I love them! What a great idea. I am sure it will be great at night to see each other in the dark! Your hubby is as crafty and talented as you are!

Whew, I was worried about that. I feel so much better now that I know you've got that stuff packed!!!! You pack light, I am a pack rat and same when I pack luggage, too many clothes!

This is DD's 2nd flight...we flew down to WDW in Oct 2005 but she was only 3 months old then.

Yes, that's all I have!! Now my DH will have another 3 bags!!
