I am cancelling our EB tom. and moving the deposit to the WB...it looks like it will work better for our schedules. I am excited, this thread looks great, and I love the website....great job!

We will be flying out of Detroit on the Weds prior and staying at Le Meridien for 3 nights before we cruise. We have never been to Europe, this will be our 4 and by far longest cruise.

Seems like a long way off, but I like the planning stuff too.

Anyone else hear about Disney earnings being down? How do you think this will affect DCL?

I had my last two wisdom teeth extracted this summer, and had no idea bone/tooth fragments can come back to haunt you years later.

I never knew it either! I'm just hoping it is not as painful as it was when I had my wisdom teeth removed.

Amy I will keep you in my prayers and thoughts. Please let us know how everything goes on Monday. Hopefully they give you something good for the pain.

They gave me Vicadin (spelling?) but I don't think I can take it because I believe it gave me HORRIBLE headaches when I took it after my first ACL reconstruction. I may ask for something else on Monday. We'll see.

I'm just relaxing at home tonight. I'm on call at the Disney Store tomorrow night and I work Saturday night so I'm hoping I won't have to work tomorrow night. Who knows though! I'm in the middle of the pain medicine I have been taking so I'm feeling ok. I can't wait to not have this pain anymore.

If anyone watches Eleventh Hour look for Brooklyn tonight. She plays the daughter of the focus of the episode. She was only in 3 VERY short scenes. I am waiting patiently on the west coast but I have to wait another 4 1/2 hours! You never know what they will cut out with editing. Her "brother" played a larger role so I am not sure what of her you will actually get to see. Either way we are excited.

I just finished watching Eleventh Hour, but I read this after the show so I didn't even notice the daughter. So I don't know how much Brooklyn was on...

I can't get over how much your daughter, Madison, looks like her Uncle Erik! Wow!!

Friendly pharmacist butting in here... Vicodin (you were close ) is a combo of Tylenol and a moderate narcotic. Probably not the Tylenol that caused the headache so be careful what else they try to give you. And be aware that Lortab and Lorcet are the exact same drugs as Vicodin so you would definately have problems with those.

Ultram (or Ultracet in combo with Tylenol) is one of the few non-narcotic pain meds for moderate pain. I'm sure there are other choices I just can't think of right now (I haven't done outpatient since school 9 years ago. )

Anyway, if you have any questions let me know.

We are booked on the EB and the WB. We are definitely going on the WB, but haven't decided about the EB yet. 2010 is a long time away...

We stayed at Le Meridian for 5 days before the 2007 WBTA - it is a beautiful hotel! You will love it. There is a pillow menu, and I think I tried most of the choices. I may need to go back before this cruise to order the pillow that I should have gotten and can't find anywhere else.

Good idea, even I can do iron on transfers although I did goof up a few of them when I first started doing them

How sad am I -I'm not sure I can do either one of those. I burned my last iron when I tried to transfer and was banned from trying iron-ons and when I cook unless its Hamburger Helper or a special casserole that takes hours onend to make, no one eats the food at the house.

Well I had one diaster with iron ons too. I was putting them on place matts for Christmas presents for each adult kid. I had one DD to go and they came over for the day, so I dashed to the bedroom to finish it without her knowing it instead of using the wooden table like I usually do.
well I only had one solid surface, a cedar chest my son made me, so I laid a red towel on top and made it 4 layers thick to protect the chest.

well with all the pressing hard the heat went through to the varnish and melted it so some of the red towel stuck to it when I took it off.

The place matt came out great.

Now I have to strip it all down and refinish it, that was 3 years ago

Since then I have done lots of shirts for crusies with Disney characters on them and one with my posting name on it, so people know who I am.

Hi Kimberly - just out of curiousity - any consensus on why some people cannot handle generic Vicodin? I seem to have a problem with generic medicine except one but it slips my mind now. I have problems with the generic vicodin but when we paid the extra money for the name brand - I was totally fine. Go figure but I got the headache, stomachache and all. Aren't they basically the same?

Yeah

So I could not stay up to watch Eleventh Hour last night. I just watched it on TIVO and got to see Brooklyn. She was cut out of the first scene. 2nd scene you could see her perfect and the third you could see her too.

Ok, time to focus on today....We have colonial day at school today and Monday. Today the school is taking care and Monday I am in charge of for our class. Brooklyn gets to be a pilgram today and Dolley Madison on Monday. She loves dressing up so she is going to have so much fun the next 2 days.

I am soooooo sorry I have not updated the website yet. It has turned into a crazy week for me!

DH was supposed to have left for Africa yesterday. Plans changed at the last second and now he is home with us for the long weekend.

TheDisneyGirl2 - I hope you are feeling better. When teeth hurt, nothing functions right. We will be praying for you!

Kathy - the weather on the EB TA was VERY cold, but we had odd weather. I am planning on packing a sweatshirt and jeans. I looked at Barcelona's weather in September and it was in the low to mid 70's and that is long pants for me - I still have AZ blood! Unfortunately that will take up more room in my luggage.

Thistle - I don't know how you do it. I give you lots of credit. I just read your thread and started crying. I know you will get another beautiful dog. Hoagie has to have surgery on Monday for a busted right knee cap and my husband has to take her before work. I cannot even bear the vet.

Thanks for setting up the kids thread. I will try to get Abby on there. She is going to be 13, the same as a lot of other girls. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend and welcome to the newcomers! This is a fun thread and great group of people!

I had never seen it before then either, but it was a booklet on the nightstand showing many different kinds of pillows - down, feather, spelt (!), and lots of others. You could call and request the different ones to try them out. I usually like down, but I think the one I liked best was synthetic.

Well, one more day - then back to reality after two weeks at the Epcot Food & Wine Festival. But, we'll be back the week before Christmas, staying at VWL, so I have something to look forward to .
