I am now an owner at the Animal Kingdome Villas (AKV)!!! Woo-hoo!!! I have been jumping for joy all day!!!! I've been looking into Disney Vacation Club (DVC) for years now but never purchased. Today was the day though!!! I'm sooo happy!!!

-Interested in Martini, Tequila, or Both

I really hope the EBTA navigators are posted b/c I want us to have an idea of when we will have some free time to enjoy our tasting(s). What are your thoughts about the tasting(s)? Maybe we can suggest types of Martinis/Tequila we want to sample. Thoughts????

I think they do a nice selection when we let them choose for us. My only complaint is when they do the classic gin martini instead of the vodka martini, but that's because I think the gin ones are gross. My dad and I are in for both tastings, in any case. I'll PM you in a bit.

Cause its a bank holiday and I do out of hours shift I start at 12 tom instead of 6

When did you last do the tequila tasting on the ship? In October on the Magic it was very interactive, with people chosen to do some funky tequila based shots at the end.

Well I can't compete with you guys for excitement. Today I am doing a roast for lunch for Mum, Tony and the kids. Then coming home to sleep as I have a vile headcold and have to sleep before my nightshift tonight or I will never survive. So lunch, bed, work .... what a lovely day
If I feel better tomorrow we will do something once I wake up. Maybe a walk if the weather's nice.

We just had another earthquake!!! It was about 200 miles from here in Mexicali but we certainly felt it!!

Thought we were on the Magic already!

SIL says water was sloshing out of their pool (Mission Viejo) and the waves in the pool continued for 10 min. Quakes are being reported all over the area. Prayers going out for any affected.

I don't understand politics at all or maybe a better way of putting it is they seem like a bunch of children under poor parental control. The latest here is the morons that got voted in at the last election are wanting to mine the national parks. I'm afraid I sent the PM a rather terse email about that - I'm probably listed as a security risk now if I go to Wellington

Cant believe in 6 days the Magic sails for Europe! Its getting so real! Hopefully someone will give us all the inside gossip!

Hopefully not many people are hurt by the earthquake. I hope we never have those strong earthquake here. We do live on a pretty active fault line. We have earthquakes about every two years. Lucky they are usually on 1 to 2 on the rictor scale. The highest was 4.3. That cause a giant sink how and pretty good damage. I can't imagine a 6 to 9 on the rictor scale.
