And here's my main reason for going:

Darn bugger would not stay still long enough for me to take a clear picture of him. All these pictures were taken without flash. I was afraid to flash in their eyes. However, I did get some decent shots of some.

 He's my favorite too!

Glad you made it back safely Laura.....Looks like you had lots of fun. Talk to you soon I am sure!! :goodvibes

Make her walk the plank Todd....I knew she was going and even asked if she was gonna go see you!! Bad Laura Bad!!! :rotfl:

I am still planning on going to the Disneyland Meet....got it on my list of things to do today.....:)

I agree.....Laura walks the plank during the traditional PotC ride.....:rolleyes1 we need new stories to tell...:rotfl:

Hope you make it to the meet Pam.

Stephanie, we haven't seen you around for a week. Are you out there and okay????

Things are good. Still no word on if it is "baby #3" yet. Only time will tell!!!

On a side note I am so excited about the military special that Disney is doing this year!!! We took advantageof this in 2003 and are now planning our trip to go back to WDW this year. We were going to go before the cruise next year but can't pss up this offer!!!

So once again we are surpising our DDs with this trip for their birthdays!!! That is the good thing about having their birthdays on the same day. We can plan one BIG family vacation and say it is for both their birthdays!!!

WDW here we come!!!   Nothing better then 40% off Poly Club Level!!!!!

Stephanie, when are you going?

I'm very excited about my week long WDW visit this September. It's been quite a while since I've had a whole week there. (cruising seemd to superceede it). We are staying DVC (will be booked early Feb and the location will be a surprise) and decided to do the dining plan. Just yesterday we agreed to our signature dining choice, Citricos, which I'm very excited about as I haven't been there yet. We agreed to do the tea at the GF also. Can't wait!

We are going in June. The girls birthdays are on the 13th so my goal was to have them their for that date. The only problem was my husbands military school he is in is still in class the week before. Right now we are flying out on Thursday and keeping our fingers crossed that it works with his school!

I have to say I have been SOOOOOO impressed with some of the CM's that I have been speaking too over the last few days. They have been AMAZING!!!

I am not thrilled about the flight we have going into FL. Because of the time change from CA we basically lose a whole day! I as hoping for a redeye but no such luck. Even though we are getting the 40% off Club level it is still costing us a pretty penny!!! (You can't take it with you when you die right?) I was just hoping to arrive earlier but I was able to fne a flight that leaves CA at 6AM and gets to Orlando @ 4PM. I guess the one good thing is that the girls willl think it is only 1PM bc of the time changes so I know we will be sitting up late in the Conceirge Louge watching the fireworks and eating all of the yummy desserts!!!

We are also going for longer then originally planned too due to flight prices. I figured if I was going to spend so much more on flights I might as well put it to towards the hotel and stay a little longer!

We are doing the dining plan too. We have never done it so I have been researching away on the DIS boards :surfweb: for all info, tips, tricks, etc! If anyone here has anything to share that would be great! :thumbsup2

It is funny we were thinking of going in Sept too bc that is when my husband graduates from this TERRIBLE school he is in. To justify the cost however I need to do it over the girls birthdays bc I will just spend a fortune on their parties, etc if we are here. I can't tell a 4 and 8 yo that their presents will come in Sept. It just wouldn't be the same.

We too are trying to pick our restaurants! I am trying to figure out if all those sit down meals will be worth it if we are staying in concerige?!?!?!? I just love the convience of it all, expecially the snack part.

BTW - Did you see the AMAZING thread tellinf you EVERY snack avaiable. I was in shock by all the cool stuff that was included! :scared1: I would have had no idea. I would have just been getting mickey ice cream bars the whole time not knowing there was more to chose from!!!

Whoa - That is the most i have had to say in a long time! I guess I am excited about this trip!!! :woohoo: :yay: :woohoo: :yay: :woohoo: :yay:

Hi. We have today cancelled our 2010 Baltic cruise and transferred to this one instead. Hope we can overcome the airfare issue.

We know some of you, having been on the WB Panama Canal cruise last May.

Offically Welcome aboard! Glad you decided to join us over here!

Hey Everyone!! It seems our cruise is gaining even more in popularity as I've noticed more and more new cruisers joining us in the past couple weeks. So, first of all :welcome: to all our new friends. With new people joining it seems a good time to remind people about our fantabulous DIS group lanyards!!! Why group lanyards? I already told you----they're FANTABULOUS, that's why!! Seriously, though, the lanyards are not only handy for carrying around your ID and key to the world card....but they're really great for recognizing your fellow DISBoarders on the cruise and helping to put screennames with real names and real names with faces (& families).....and even if you don't like to wear your lanyard, the lanyard and name badge make a great souvenir or addition to your scrapbook or memory box!! :thumbsup2

If you would like custom lanyards and name badges (they're FREE!!) for yourself and/or your traveling party, you just need to send some information to me at the following email address: wbtalanyards@yahoo.com The full details are in post #1, but as a reminder...in your email you need to tell me 1.) your Dis screenname(s) with correct spelling, 2.) the first names of each person in your party, 3.) your stateroom number, and 4.) if you're on the B2B cruise with the last 10-night Med cruise.

Some folks have already sent in their information....but there's room for PLENTY more!!! So send an email out today to make sure I have your correct information!

Stephanie,

I can't agree more on the CMs for booking WDW lately. Amazing!!!!!!!!! I booked a single night, no tickets and no dinning and spent 40 mins on the phone with the CM, because he was so helpful finding us a room with our 40% pin code and then when it was a Pirate room at CBR, he had to tell me all about it, it was so cute.

SNACKs on the Dinning plan....
That thread is fabulous, I had no clue that there were so many choices, and now I won't waste my credits, since I know what is available from these lists and can pick my favorites. I even copy these to a word document so I could put it on my ipod, so it can be consulted in the parks, lol.

Oh fun! Those pirate rooms look adorable! Can you use the word adorable with pirates?:confused3 ?:confused3 ?

I had no idea either! It is so cool to know all of those choices!

Good thinking on putting it on your ipod!!!!

I copied and pasted it and I was going to make a little booklet...your idea is even better! Time to add it to my blackberry!!!

Ok, I just spent the last 3 hours or so updating the roll call page. I Made it larger and put the pictures 3 across. Basically everyones picture got a little larger and the page itself is larger. I had to do this to fit all of our new people and to create room for all those to come!!!

I have decided I am going to make the website larger for all of the pages. That however is not going to be able to be done overnight! I will work on it over the next few days.

Ok back to work on the site.....:surfweb:

We ate at Citricos last Sept and it was excellent. DW, hotfudgesundae, had this for sweet,

It was the lemon cheesecake and she said it was the best dessert ever, I had the seasonal berry gratin which was also excellent. We can highly recommend Citricos :thumbsup2
We will also be at the world in Sept this year staying 2 weeks in a 1 bed at SSR using our DVC points, may see you there.
