The morning I got up to see the sunrise, it rained! LOL!!!

It's been an interesting couple of days for my sister and my parents. My sister bought a brand new Hyndai Genesis last weekend. She picked up the car on Tuesday and inquired about the wheel locks and she was told they were on the car. Fast forward to Thursday morning - she's ready to leave for work and find her brand new car on milk crates - some idiots stole her 4 wheels! It gets better... the four wheels on my dad's Honda Fit were also gone.

My parents don't live in a bad neighborhood however there has been many reports of this happening in their township. The police were called, the car was dusted for prints so we'll see what happens.

Needless to say, my sister's car had no wheel locks on it. Friday afternoon the dealership came out and put new tires on her car. My parent's Fit was fitted with four spare tires and towed to the dealership where they are waiting for new tires. There was about $6000 worth of wheels (nobody in my family knew they were that much) from the driveway. Isn't terrible?!

Wow, that is just terrible. We have been very fortunate never to have anything like that happen but as you said it can just happen anywhere, any time.

How awful!!! I hate to hear about stuff like this. Makes one wonder...

As for sunrises... Glenn got up almost every morning to take pictures of them... I preferred to sleep - but seeing them now, I wish I had gotten my butt up and out...

Same here. John loved the sunrise pictures.

I was just talking about your wonderful website on the 2011 WBTA thread. We are going to miss you guys on next years cruise.

John is thinking about doing the same type of site for the 2011 cruise but it of course, will be patterned after yours which I gave full credit!!!

OMG! I know it's a horrible feeling. I totally understand that feeling. I had my (brand new) battery stolen out of my car once while parked outside my house. And DH & I had our (12 year old :confused3) car stolen out of our driveway one night.

I'm glad you're able to get replacements.

So true. :sad1:

On a happier note, here's our MMC night pics

Go for it!

Just curious, why do you want to share them?

:cutie:

I'm on the next year's TA thread too. We like to share how things have been on this cruise and show what they might see then. They love to hear all about our cruise this year and see some photos. Noel is whetting their appetites!!!!:lmao:

Marilyn has it just right!!

I was hoping we would do a Mickey Mouse theme night as we did on the last cruise so I wanted to show people what someone looked like.
