Sept 18 2010 WB TransAtlantic Pirates/Capt Jacks Re-Repoing Repossession Cruise Pt.10

I'm simply speechless. There are no words for the wonderful experience I had and in so many ways enriched by sooooo many of you!!!

I don't know exactly why I'm surprised, but I've had many tears in the last 20 hours thinking about how this voyage (by many definitions) has come to the point it is at as well as thinking about "see ya real soon" (because you never say goodbye) each time I saw so many of you in the past day.

I'm sitting at MCO waiting for my plane. I've seen at least 8 CMs with huge smiles on their faces here today! Obviously they're excited to be on vacation! I've seen many of you here all day as well! It just kinda stretches the cruise experience just a bit!!

THANK YOU for your friendships that I know will continue as well as all of the wonderful memories and gifts!!

Well, I hate to cut this off short, but I'm about to be called to board the plane.

Safe travels to all!

OH! I've heard many stories about Ivanna and Anita Cruz's time. Can't wait to see the evidence and stories!! Thanks again to all who participated in my silly idea!

Really must say a huge thank you to the Pomegranate FE group for their amazing gifts. What talent some of you have.

It was great meeting many of you, but I missed some of you. Gismo Sarah, I never met you, though I said hi to Dan and thanked him for the Welsh cakes which were gorgeous!

Too slow on my iPad to write much at a time. Will keep popping on though.

Back in Chicago  Safe and Sound.

We had a wonderful time. Mike and I truly enjoyed meeting everyone and spending time together the last two weeks.

Thanks to the Pineapple Fish Extender group for all of the neat gifts we received. It was fun to come back and see them waiting for us.

We wish we could have turned around and gone back!!

Hi everyone! We had such a good time - leaving was truly sad. We had amazing service, met terrific people (including someone only a few kilometers away), enjoyed the company of some great Dis people, and was just amazed to be a small part of the community of the ship.

Thanks to everyone for all your efforts to make our cruise so terrific!

Wasn't the crossing smooth? We were expecting some wild waves but it was pretty calm! And the weather was great for the most part!

We loved it all - got to do everything we wanted to do, everyone stayed healthy, and we got home safe to a warm house with no problems.

We bought DVC - yay!

We had a wonderful time on the cruise, uniting with many we had cruised with before and meeting new people for the first time. I had not realized how many people were from the Washington DC area until our flight home when we were running into people from the cruise at the gate. Thanks again to such a wonderful group of people.

Good Morning, all.

We got back yesterday, but spent all our time reconnecting w/our daughters and granddaughter 2.

I swear I still feel my inner ocean rocking back and forth :rotfl:. And I miss you already!

Champagne Girls was a blast! Thanks, Sue, for letting us gather in your suite! :flower3: It was so great meeting so many fabulous DISers and sharing such terrific memories.

Got to "fly" now (those of you who know that story, sorry for that...oh, not really :rotfl2:). Be back later. Hope everyone that stayed is having fun and that everyone else gets home safely. :goodvibes

We got home San Antonio yesterday at 1 pm. Plane was full but there were a couple seats left for Walt and I. Thank Goodness. Daughter and grandkids picked us up at airport. Went straight to Asiah's volleyball game. Back to my old routine. Yeh. I missed the kids alot. What a great cruise. Walt and I had a great time with our new cruising friends. Too many to name. What great table mates. Jason, Janice, Trevor, Sandie and Tom. Thanks for sharing your wonderful wines Tom. Sarah and Elizabeth, thanks for sharing your goggles with Walt and I at Tortolla.. We got to see some pretty fish. The tasting were great. Met some fun people there. Karoke was fun with Trevor. Scream. "Gig Em Aggies" for Trevor. The Madeira trip was great. Thanks Noelle. Amanda and Annette. Keep up your school work. " Mom" is sure proud. I am alittle wavy this am. Walt is already cutting the grass. I guess I need to put things away. Back to my routine with grandkids tomorrow. Hooray. Taxi driver and other second "Mom" Trevor I am still your second Mom. lol Had a great time and can't wait to meet up with my new cruising friends again.

Wow what a trip! So glad I got to meet some of you! But sorry I also missed some (Gismo!!! what happened???? LOL) trying to get back to normal. It is not easy.

Thanks to all of you for making our trip especially wonderful. Got home last night to San Francisco, fog met us as we drove into the city - miss our sunny verandah.
An especially big thanks to all of you who did so much to make our trip a success, Noel & John, Dee and her wonderful family, Sue, Betty, Jason & Eric, Strawberry FE group, our table mates and many many more. Looking forward to cruising again with all of you. Val & Bob.

Thank you to everyone for making our trip so fabulous! The FE gifts were wonderful, the tastings were great, Pink Champagne ladies was a hoot and it was incredible seeing everyone in their lanyards, shirts, wristbands, and pins. Thanks again to everyone who contributed time and effort to our fabulous group. Can't wait to sail with you again!

Oh my goodness!!! What a fun trip. What amazing people you are!!

We saw Veera from the Spa yesterday at Magic Kingdom. We also saw Jason, who was still having a ball! Sarah and Tony were also about. :thumbsup2

We will be staying a few more days here at BCV, then a couple of days at OKW followed by 2 days at Coronado Springs. Hope to find a few more of you around as we tour the parks and Downtown Disney. :grouphug:

Kathy and I went to Magic Kingdom yesterday and Epcot this morning. We are at Studios now waiting for 8 o'clock Fantasmic. We have had two dinners now since our cruise and we miss our tablemates; Mike and Kathy, Mike and Melisa, and Armando and Betty.

I am still wearing my Dis lanyard and it is like a needle in a haystack to see anyone from the cruise at WDW.

We miss all our other Dis friends.

We are at Pop Century for 4 more nights. We will be on the lookout for other DISers here at WDW.

Tim

Let the Magic continue, post some of your trip photos on the site. To all thank you for your friendship that I hope will last a life time. :)

Glad that you (and everyone else) traveled safe!! The suite was more like a shriners car!

We are missing the warmth, sun and verandah here too!

Did you rebook???

Well, we saw many of you as we were finally cleared to leave. Some of you also saw Glenn racing back to try and get the last piece of luggage that didn't make the cart with the porter... ::sigh:: Just goes to show that matching luggage is a good thing...

After a stop in Lady Lake FL, we finally made it back to Atlanta at about 9pm. It was a long drive and we were very disappointed to learn that Mousekeeping hadn't turned the bed down... Funny, my KTTW card didn't work for groceries today either... :sad2:

We are waiting to see what adventures will await us when they release the 2012 itineraries. Once we see what is out there we will slide our dummy booking to that. :yay: We hope to see you guys there! It was fun having roughly 20% of the sailing population as "our group"!:banana:

We had a fantastic trip and got home a few hours ago. We went to Downtown Disney and then headed to the airport. Got home went to a birthday party at the neighbors and then back home.

We went to WDW yesterday where I proceeded to lose my wallet in EPCOT but didn't realize it until I was at the Magic Kingdom. After waiting in lines, visiting multiple Guest relations windows, and riding way too many monorails I had my wallet back and everything was intact. It was not a magical start to being back on land. Although I really enjoyed getting to watch the Main Street Electrical parade.

Thanks for all the Fish extender gifts in the Pomegranate group and in the Coconut group. We greatly appreciated everything. Thank you to everyone who organized activities, events, lanyards, wristbands, etc. I enjoyed meeting all of you. It is back to reality as I head back to work tomorrow, I have only been there 4 days since August 24th.

I hope those of you still traveling have a safe trip and everyone else already home I hope you had safe travels.

Glad you got your wallet back intact...at least that part was magical!

I'm pretty jealous of all of you who are still under the Disney spell, but we will be at WDW in December w/the little DGD2. We showed her the picture we had taken of us w/Woody and Jesse...she just stared at it with her mouth open in amazement. So cute!
