We are in Worthington, kind of in the middle of nowhere. Just relocated here from Florida.

We are packed, just need to sort the handbag, that has all the important bits - money tickets, passports. The cases came in at 16 and 19 kilos. We`ve one carryon plus a large empty carrier bag, I`ll pile stuff in there as we always gather up extra stuff at the airport.
Waiting for DD to get in then we`ll go out for dinner or I`ll go to the chippy as its a stinky night and probably no one will leave the house.
We leave tomorrow afternoon, the house gets a clean in the morning and then we are gone

Now I do miss fish and chips.

Well done on the suitcase weight. Wish I could be so light. We have just weighed and locked 3 cases and it looks like we will have 3x22kg and 1 garment bag that will be slightly less. Plus 2 heavy hand baggage items.

I found you guys! Tried to go to Part 10 without me!

Serious panic is setting in. Still a lot to do with work, still need to get the bags packed (though I have been through most of the close to decide what may be taken), need to print out useful information, and a bunch of other stuff.

This time tomorrow we should be able to check in for our first flight (to Philadelphia) as we hit the 24 hour mark.

We did get our dog's care schedule taken care of so that's some progress!

I am soooo excited for everyone leaving! The boards won't be the same! I will print out Navigators on Thursday - whether they have been updated or not so just come to Cabin 6511.

Also, I give the people adjusting their time all the credit in the world, but sometimes it is better to just go with the flow and just stay up in Europe if you arrive at 8 or 9 in the morning. Adrenaline and excitement are great for staying up!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know if the person who is going to Universal's Halloween Nights, but we were there many years ago and there was a rabbit walking around. My husband thought it was cute, the rabbit turned around and had a chainsaw going through his stomach and covered with blood. We left!!!

Our friend went last year, he is a male, went to the bathroom, and when he came out of the stall, Freddy from the Nightmare Movies was standing there waiting for him. I think I would have lost my lunch!!! It is definitely not a Disney event!

OMG so true!!!! I am such a wuss - it's definitely not for me!!! One sunny afternoon in August 2008 I went into the regular Universal Studios Hollywood's "House of Horrors" and it freaked me out SO much, I knew I could never, EVER attend the Halloween Horror Night...

Mandy - hope things pick up for Becky and you can find some peace on the cruise. I often find "peace" in a large cocktail, so I`ll buy you one when I see you!

I really can't understand why I take so much and others seem to manage not to!!! Bizarre!

To be honest, I was expecting it to be much worse and needing to take loads out. In the end it was a cardigan and a couple of T Shirts! The rest just needed moving around suitcases. I just hope BA's scales weigh similar to ours.

My boss came in today and said he has scheduled me for a three hour training session after work on Thursday. I'm supposed to be on vacation. I told him "he sucked" and I'll just deal with it.
I just keep telling myself just three more days.

Oh you don't need them. I believe some people have had their FE's stolen, so it has been recommended to use the cable ties to secure them to the fish. Mind you I guess someone could come along with scissors anyway, but it might deter an annoying passer by. The person who made my FE provided one with it, but of course it doesn't re use!!!
