Oh my goodness, Noel. How frustrating after all your hard work! So much for quality control and customer service. What does the first company think, you're just going to go away and forget about their mistakes and your money?? And the second company - instead of saying they might get it sorted by Tuesday, they should be working through the weekend to fix it to go out first thing Tuesday morning.
