My plan for Tuesday-
- have breakfast
- hover near the front door whilst entertaining the children
- get to perform our document dance because Iam hoping the postman/delivery person will bring them!
- and relax

Congrats to all those that received the magical documents yesterday. I hope everyone else's arrives today.

Welcome back Mary, sorry to hear you didn't get much time on Castaway Cay on the 2nd day but at least you'll be back next month.

I have been chatting to her on Skype this evening .. she doesn't mind too much about the long hours as she loves working in DHS, she just misses not having a lot of time off to go and chill. A lot of the others are taking extra days off, because you can give your shifts away if you want, so long as you have someone who will take them for you. She is really enjoying the work and says the people she works with are so lovely. Tonight she is working 6:30pm until 2:30am.

At least she is enjoying the work side of things, it would be horrid for you if she wasn't and wanted to come home.

Hopefully she will manage to get an extra day or two off.

I'm thinking of getting one of these books for our trip, as I always seem to collect bits & bobs of stuff ... & pretty much anything that has Mickey on it

That looks fab. I love notepads/journals, I have a whole drawer full of Disney one's.

Guess so...LOL I have hunted sharks for years.. they don't usually stay around when you are trying to photograph them... at least these are used to divers. It's gonna be a blast.....

My hubby would love to do a proper dive with sharks but he isn't a certified diver....he dived with sharks in a huge aquarium tank in Australia a few years ago, they were so close he could touch them.

Okay, here's a few documents questions:

1) Any Europeans/Brits got their docs yet?

2) Do you have to do the online check in first in order to get your docs? We haven't done the online check in yet, so I didn't know if that was holding things up?

3) Does it matter if you used a TA or arranged with Disney yourself?

As for the kids on the pub crawl... well, if we can't go, we can't go. I'll try to make arrangements on the nursery, but Steve will go alone if we can't get a space.

Dawn, yes lots of Brits got our docs yesterday, mine were delivered at 8am yesterday by fed Ex.

I don't think not doing the online check in holds it up but i'm not 100% sure.

I think the docs arrive faster if you book through DCL as they send them direct whereas if you've used a TA (except Dreams unlimited) then I believe they go to the TA first.

Hope noone on here is effected by all the riot going on in England at the moment I think its disgusting. We are not effected here as we are outside of Bristol but have been told to stay away from city center. Very scary for people in London and other cities too hope it get sorted soon

i think its just turned into an excuse for people to riot and loot, its totally detached itself from the original purpose of the demonstration.
what i dont get though, is who the hell loots greggs the bakers?! what are you going to steal, a steak bake?!

They also looted oxfam and the bookies! Its the fires that get me people in the flats above shops and the small shops where the owners lose everything how is this helping the man who died?

It really has got nothing to do with the man who died has it? The peaceful demonstration was, but anything thereafter has just been one big excuse for rampage and a 'bit of fun'. I bet very few out last night would even know the guy's name.

Imagine if it had been next year. You can't cancel the Olympics like they are cancelling football games.

Thankfully there are also people like the riot wombles who are going to these places and cleaning up as much as they can ive also seen people offer help with rebuilding, materials etc many many peolple in London are doing their bit to counterbalance the idiots.

I forgot to mention last night after catching up on the 10+ pages I was behind... a thanks to all that responded back to my posting about my DH doing the Pub crawl. He was concerned that he wouldn't enjoy it since he drinks maybe one drink and then is done for months. It made him feel better when it was pointed out that the "bars" are all owned by the same person so no worries about bringing drinks on. Also seeing that so many were planning on nursing their drinks through the night helped.

Also to whomever posted the question about whether filling out your online paperwork or not holds up your docs or not...the answer is no. We got as far as putting in the credit card for onboard spending and that's it. Since we didn't have a flight booked until Sunday we couldn't fill out any more info and we got our docs on Saturday.

Hope everyone gets to do their cruise docs dance today.

I think there's only one flight that day so we will both be on it, it's at 7 am I think, Maybe we could grab a coffee airside while waiting for the plane. And yes I'm pleased with the BA flight they seem a little more relaxed about the carry on's

That's so great..... I bet you needed all those new clothes what a nice feeling. I've only managed to lose 30 pounds.... but still trying. You seem very organised all that weight loss, FE gifts done.... well done

Found out this am that FedEx had tried to deliver our docs yesterday - DS had put the attempted delivery notice by the phone, and I didn't see it last night. So we should have our docs today Makes it all feel real

Having said yesterday that Dreams Unlimited get their documents sent direct from DCL, I am wondering if they have now changed this as we still haven't got ours yet. I'm not bothered as they will eventually get here, but it did make me think they might have changed how they do things and I gave wrong information.
