According to the rep I spoke with when calling, that is correct. Just call VistaPrint M-F, give them the ID #, and you can order from that alone. I just added two "front only" tshirts. Curt and I have always liked the "front pocket" image plus back, so that is why those were there.

ETA: If you guys make an order today (or soon) - will you please let us know if the ordering process went okay? Mandy it did not work 2 dif agents could not pull up tees with ur id # they said they need ur full name and acct number. i gave them mine but it didnt help. i wanted both front only ship and map in xl...boohoo what to do now?

BOO! That's a huge bummer because it contradicts what a phone rep told me Friday when calling to ask. Someone else HAS been able to make an order without the extra info - just the identification number of the product. (Order was made Friday) Doesn't look good for the VistaPrint customer service.

The other option the rep had told me was for people to create a blank account and re-create the t-shirts.

I believe I could order online, but would have to know someone's full name/mailing address, put it on my credit card, and rely on the person to paypal (gift) me the funds.

I just sent an email to them since a phone call would only go to a random rep. If it helps, the name I had listed on my account is "MandyGirl Customer" as first and last name.

If anything, I let them know the frustration experienced when there is not consistency with representative information given on the telephone, and they are missing out on many orders because of this.

Tortola Excursion to Jost VanDyke (Beach Day and Snorkeling)​

DCL Magic is in port Wednesday 21st Tortola, British Virgin Islands - ashore 7:30 a.m, aboard 3:45 p.m.
Excursion is from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Mandy is organizing a private day sail on a power catamaran to Jost VanDyke with Tortola Charters from 8:30-2:30. It includes free snorkel gear to all guests and a guided tour of the reef at White Bay (they are preferred customers of the Soggy Dollar Bar and receive free use of all of their facilities including chairs and hammocks). Lunch is on your own, and meeting location is right where the Magic docks in Tortola. Tortola Charters is the official excursion company for Norwegian Cruise Lines.

$50 (ages 12+), $40 (ages 3-11), Free (under 3 years)
Comparable DCL Excursion: "Jost VanDyke Beach Day" ($105 for adults, $75 for kids)

If you are interested in this tour please PM MandyGirl (Mandy), as we must have 40 paying passengers with a maximum of 64 on the two catamarans (one is power, one is sail at this time - may change closer to sail date - originally it was just one power catamaran)

As of March 24, we have reached capacity of our original 50 for one catamaran! However, Mandy is keeping a "standby list" should someone cancel. There is also a possibility the catamaran company will be purchasing a new power catamaran with a larger capacity. Mandy is keeping in touch with them for updates and will update here. Should YOU have a change, please please please contact Mandy ASAP so we can clear standby passengers for this excursion!!

I called on Friday and just gave them the ID# and they ordered them for me no problem. She just asked me if I was authorized to use Mady's account and I said yes, glad that was OK Mandy, and they placed my order.

With a couple more months til the cruise, I'm sure it won't take long to fill up the 2nd catamaran! We may just have a flotilla of catamarans going on the Tortola trip! Good job Mandy!
