This past Dec I was lucky enough to get two Le Cellier ADRs (one for lunch early the trip and one for dinner a few days later). When I went there for lunch, that lunch filet and risotto was so salty that there was just no way I could eat it. It was like they had spilled a whole box of salt on it. I pushed it around for a few minutes, then just pushed the bowl to the other side of the table. It took forever for the waitress to notice. She didn't say a word about only one or two bites being missing. She just scooped it up and said she'd be right back with the dessert menu.

I should have insisted on getting something else, but didn't. Instead on my way out, I stopped and had them cancel my dinner ADR for a few nights later. When they asked why, I told them my steak and risotto was so salty it was inedible and my waitress didn't even care enough to ask why I'd barely touched my meal.
