Sending Gifts/Flowers to Disney Hotels

My parents will be staying at the Beach Club in about 3 weeks and I'd like to surprise them with some gifts or flowers in their room when they check-in. Has anyone ever done this before and is there any particular service in WDW who would do this? I've heard of Disney Florists but is there anyone else?
