Sending a picture in to Disfiles

I already asked about where to send the picture but now I wondered how to send it? I thought for sure sending a digital picture via email would be the easiest and print better.

Do I just print out the picture at home and mail it DVC? On regular photo paper? It does seem so...old school.

I mailed a photo in with the downloaded consent form signed- I got a card saying that they had received it and would let me know if they used it in the future.
Who doesn't want to see me dressed in black with fangs standing in front of a propped up wooden coffin while reading my DisFiles magazine? (I was at a vampire murder mystery party).
