does anyone know pros and cons of selling through broker vs direct - how do people sell direct-ebay?

If I were to sell, I would post an add on TUG, and use the Timeshare Closing Services, they handle all the money and put it in escrow. I just do not know who handles the ROFR, whether you do or would they. Here are the websites. DVC in my opinion is an easy sell.
