Seller just accepted my offer on OKW....make it through ROFR?

A seller just excepted my offer for OKW for $60/pt for 215 total (190 and 25 /pt contracts), will it be ROFR???

I really hope it will go through, first dvc property!!

Contracts priced lower have recently passed.

However, contracts priced higher have recently been taken.

Only the mouse knows for sure.

Really depends on what DVC has for inventory in that UY, and whether they have a buyer waitlisted for that UY direct. If they can make an immediate turnaround on it, you will lose it. Hope they can't for your sake.

Sounds like they are two separate contracts? I think the mouse will very likely take the 25 point contract but you have a good shot at the other one.

Disney can split up contracts, so they shouldn't value a small one more than a larger one. I doubt the size of the contract will make a difference here.
