I am going to Epcot on Monday the 27th (my birthday) Epcot is rated a 5 for that day. I am going on my first adult only trip with my boyfriend who has never been to Epcot. I have been there many times but never during food and wine, I have used fast passes, and geniue plus and the single lightening lane, but I think last time I went it was genie plus so i dont think I have used the multi lightening lane yet. Here is what I am thinking for plan - arriving by monorail for early entrance. Plan to go right to test track - then soarin and living with the land, then Nemo and the aquarium
Then do LL for spaceship earth hopefully around 10? Then Mission space (just for bf not me) - using LL for this too. Maybe get a snack, look around, We have Single LL for Guardians between 11:15 and 12:15 and then I am going to get our main LL for remi sometime in the afternoon - maybe 3 ish?
Ideally I would try and get a second LL for soarin again in the evening and maybe spaceship earth again at night? I would try and get frozen after we scan in in the morning but I am guessing they will be gone. Most of the day we will just walk around the world and eat food and wine stuff. Whether we go back to the poly to swim will depend on the weather and how we are feeling. The multi LL is $26 each, I think we really only need it for Remi,
Also the next day we are going to the halloween party at MK - we wont have anyu other park tickets no hoppers/passes etc. Can we still buy the LL passes to use between 4-7? Should we? BF has also never been to magic kingdom so we would like to go on a lot of rides.

Keep in mind that you can only get one Lightning Lane per attraction each day.

OK are you staying on-site or off-site? If you are an on-site guest you care able to book your (3) Initial LLMP attraction selections 7 days before your on-site stay begins. If you are an off-site guest you are able to book (3) days before your Epcot day on the 27th.

For you (3) initial LLMP selections you are able to have (1) Tier 1, and up to (2) Tier 2 attractions or (3) Tier 2 attractions. Once you enter your park, and tap in at your first LLMP attraction, you unlock the tiers and are able to book any attraction as a replacement. You want to hold a rolling (3) LLMP selections are you enjoy the park.

I would try and get a second LL for soarin again in the evening and maybe spaceship earth again at night?
As @Babe the Blue Ox indicated for LL selections it is only (1) LLMP per attraction per day. For additional re-rides you will need to wait in the Standby Queue.

On party nights MK tends to be a slower day. I would not try to pre-book LLMP that would only be valid from 4-6 PM (only a two hour) window. The party hours are 7 - 12 AM and the LLs are not used for the parties.

We were in Epcot on Sat Oct 11. We could not get a LL pass all day for Remy. (Our original tier 1 ride was test track.). So…in the evening, we waited 1.5 hours in the Remy line.

Don’t forget, people who are staying at a Disney hotel can book all their LL for their entire stay 7 days in advance of their stay.

We are staying on sight. I just bought into DVC and it is our first DVC trip. Good info about not booking same attraction twice. I wonder if I should wait and book spaceship Earth for nighttime? Ultimately I feel like I am just buying the multipass for Remi and I question if Remi is worth $26. I do also kind of want to just be able to play around with it and learn to use it. So do we need to actually use our first pass in order to be able to "unlock" other tiers? If So should we go on Mission space after Test track - and then maybe do spaceship earth without a LL and then head to Soarin? I love soarin but it seems like lines for it arent so bad anymore? If we get to Soarin at like 930/945/10 Is there likely to be a significant line?

Well, you should decide soon! Your LL booking window opened today, so there may not be much left for 10/27 if you haven't already started. You can look to see what is available and if nothing, then you don't have to purchase LLMP. And yes, you have to tap into your first LL in order to reserve another ride. You can hold 3 at one time, but can only book one Tier 1 attraction beforehand. You can also take advantage of the 30 minute early opening for resort guests as well as the extended evening hours for deluxe resort guests (which is usually Epcot on Mondays, but check the schedule). The evening hours aren't as great at Epcot, but if you wait until the second hour, wait times for the "big" attractions do drop. I would not wait much longer if you want LLMP for the 27th!

Yes you need to enter the park, and also tap in to one of your LLMP selections to unlock tiers. If you don't tap in all you can do is modify your (3) LLMP selections, and the tier restriction would apply until you actually use (1).

Since you are staying on-site at the Polynesian, you get an extra jump on Epcot opening 30 minutes early for on-site guests. You may be able to do Remi, Soarin, and then Mission Space standby. For Early entry the busiest are Remi, Guardians, and Frozen. Spaceship Earth is going to be busy for a while as it just reopened after being closed since August.

Remi can have significant down time during recent weeks. Hope you can have a lucky day.
If you party is not big and if some of you want to do Test track one more time, you can consider the single rider lane. It’s not much longer than LL.

I have not used LLMP either but am trying to understand it for our Dec. trip. I thought that, if I book a ride, say Test Track, for 9:15 and do not enter the park until 11:30, at 10:15 I will be able to book another ride (from outside the park) and still be able to use my TT LL until 12:14. Is this incorrect?

Until you enter Epcot all you can do is modify your exiting LLMP attractions, and replace them on a tier basis. For TT you can only modify it to another Tier 1 attraction at Epcot, and if you modify it you will lose your TT return time.

Now if you just leave your LLMP selection for TT alone, then yes you will be able to tap in at TT until about 12:14 (Disney time) not your watch or your phone. The CM at the tap point may allow you to enter after this time at their discretion.

Just a reminder that Disney may change this behavior at any time.
