See, We didn't forget all about you!

After test track we headed back over to ride Nemo, I was sure this one wouldn't scare Stitch, thankfully it didn't,

Turtle talk was a big hit,

IMG_0375.jpg

It was time for Soarin' and believe it or not he Loved this one, we went from Soarin' to Imagination, or as Stitch calls it, Thingment, he even got nervous on this one, :confused3

He was fascinated with the upside down fountain,

IMG_0391.jpg

They had this play area set up for the kids and it looked like they all loved it, Stitch sure did. Grumpy and I sat on the benches and had a fruit snack while Stitch played with the other kids, he didn't want to leave when we decided to go,

We spent some time exploring the countries before out lunch at Le Cellier.

Stitch had the cheeseburger and fries, this was much better than the one he had at WCC. He did get upset though when he dropped a french fry on the floor, I asked him what was wrong, he said it was the biggest french fry he ever had in his life and he dropped it. :lmao:

I ordered the soup for an appetizer, Grumpy also ordered it and I tried to remind him that he didn't like the soup and he argued with me that he did, well you know what happened when he tried it, yep, he didn't like it.

We both had the New York strip, his came with augratin potatoes and mine came with a ceasar salad because I can't have the potatoes, the steaks were wonderful as always, no one had desert, no one had room for it.

Once again our day was cut short by my breathing difficulties, so we followed our new pattern, I took a nap and the boys went swimming, they also had ice cream. We missed being out in bad weather by following this pattern so I guess that was a good thing.

Let me add a few more pictures from Epcot, for those of you, like myself who love pictures of Disney,

We found Tigger and Eeyore in the UK,

Thursday morning we headed back to the Magic Kingdom, here's Stitch waiting for the bus, he was in charge of reading the sign and making sure we got on the right one,

IMG_0427-1.jpg

It was an EMH morning so the crowds were low, a perfect opportunity to have our pictures taken. After she took our photopass picture I had her take one with my camera, good thing I did because the photopass picture was lost and they weren't able to find it.

IMG_0429.jpg

I'm not sure what this attitude is all about, with Stitch you never know,

IMG_0431.jpg

As usual Peter Pan was backed up so we got fastpasses, this and Soarin' were the only two fastpasses we got all week, our longest wait couldn't have been more than 15 minutes, I guess the fact that Stitch was afraid to ride all the "Big Ticket" rides came in handy for something.

Here are some of what we did do,

Tea Cups,

We did go over to the judges tent to see Mickey, we found the lines there, but decided not to stay, we had seen Mickey at dinner Sunday and were having breakfast at OHana Saturday.

We decided on having an early lunch at Cosmic Rays, I like CR because it has a much bigger selection than the other counter service places, and everyone can have something different. The only problem with that is to get different items you have to go through the line more than once, I got Grumpy and Stitch what they wanted, while they held a table and got back in line for my salad, I hate that they no longer have the chef salad, but the Greek salad was pretty good.

Now here's where I have a question for my fellow DIS'ers, there were several school groups in the park that day, which is fine, but it ruffles my feathers when they don't get in line together, but think that because they are with the same group they can let their friends get in front of them, pushing the people behind them further back in line. I wouldn't mind one person but I was pretty ticked after five, one of which was a chaperone. Am I alone with the feeling that this is wrong?

After lunch we went back and rode Peter Pan, even Stitch said "That was it?" I never have seen what the big deal was.

We did convince Stitch to get on the Haunted Mansion, although he was pretty scared, just look at this picture and I think you'll agree,

IMG_0493_filtered-1.jpg

It was getting hotter and the park was filling up so we made our way to the front, on our way out we caught this parade,

IMG_0495.jpg

We had dinner reservations at TRex for the evening and I had promised Stitch he could spend his Disney dollars at the Lego store so we headed back to the resort so I could rest and use my nebulizer,

Here's Stitch with his Jack Skellington he purchased outside of the Haunted Mansion,

IMG_0514.jpg

After our break we took the boat from OKW to DTD, we were lucky enough to walk up and the boat was actually sitting there waiting. Here's a view of OKW from the boat,

IMG_0517.jpg

Since I had promised our first stop was the Lego store, Stitch thought it was great but was a bit overwhelmed by all the selections, he finally decided on two Star Wars sets,

IMG_0531.jpg

Since we had time to spare we headed over to The World of Disney to make our other purchases and use our AP's for the discount, we had our purchases sent back to the resort, I love not having to lug everything around. We made our way over to Goofy's and got something to drink, while we wer in there it started to pour, of course we didn't bring any ponchos with us so we bought another set, put them on and made our way through the rain over to TRex,

IMG_0543.jpg

I've read many reviews that the food here wasn't very good, that wasn't the case for us, we had the nacho appetizer and everyone had ribs, the nachos were good but the ribs were wonderful!

IMG_0545.jpg

Here are some more TRex pictures, needless to say it was a Huge Hit,

He really loved digging for bones,

Well here we are, it's our last full park day. Isn't it amazing that the trips that take soooooo long to get here pass by so quickly?

I was concerned about the crowd levels for this day, we were headed to DHS for Star Wars Weekend, and I had also heard that Kris Allen was also making an appearance, combine the two and you have an extremely crowded park but since Stitch loves Star Wars we went ahead. I did make a big mistake, we arrived at the park around 8:20 am to find it already open, I completely missed the fact that it was an EMH morning.

IMG_0555.jpg

This picture shows how clear the skies were,

IMG_0557.jpg

And of course we had to stop and have our picture taken with the hat in the background,

IMG_0560.jpg

In the new Studios tradition our first stop would be TSM, as we rounded the corner we ran into a huge line, it was for fastpasses, so we got in line for ours. (I'll have to make a correction to an earlier post, we used three fastpasses, this being our third) Here's a picture that I took of the entrance showing the time and standby wait time, do you think the newness will ever wear off of this one?

IMG_0561.jpg

With our fastpasses in hand we wandered around the park checking out all the Star Wars characters and displays, we made a stop in Wickets Warehouse, where of course Stitch found something he needed, and we took pictures with the backgrounds they had set up,

Here's an updated version of the above photo so you can see what they were trying to portray,

We ran into this guy, among others, but Stitch wasn't getting any closer to him, he said he didn't want Vader to rip his head off,

IMG_0567.jpg

He did take his picture with this guy,

IMG_0572.jpg

And volunteered to be the latest Star Wars toy,

IMG_0576.jpg

We were in the vacinity of Muppets and it was a walk on so in we went, I have a soft spot for this one but I do think it's time for an update, it doesn't hold a candle to Philharmagic.

IMG_0579_filtered.jpg

After the Muppets we continued touring through the park, looking at the various characters, Stitch wouldn't take pictures with any of them, :confused3 even I recognized this guy and my Star Wars knowledge is extremely limited,

IMG_0581.jpg

We took a trip to Endor on Star tours, the wait was around 10 minutes, which surprised me as it was Star Wars Weekend.

It still over an hour until time for the Star Wars parade but we found a shaded bench along the route so we set up camp, taking turns making bathroom runs and getting drinks and snacks. Stitch had his purchase from Wickets Warehouse to keep him occupied so it wasn't so bad.

We did have a little entertainment show up while we were waiting,

IMG_0589.jpg

The closer it got to parade time the crazier the crowds were getting,

IMG_0588.jpg

But our patience paid off and we had an excellent view of the parade,

I still haven't checked out the website for this group,

I'll post more pictures but I really can't tell you who they are as my Star Wars knowledge is very limited,

Sometime during all this I managed to miss seeing Kris Allen, that's ok, even though he is very talented he really wasn't my pick.
