See AP rates with AP voucher?

Hello,

I recently purchased an Annual Pass and linked the voucher to MDE. I am unable to see the AP discounted room offers though. Does my AP need to be activated first? Thanks!

Several people have reported being unable to see it with the voucher, while others can. People have called Disney IT, but to no avail.

FWIW, My AP expired 6/15 but I have a couple of unactivated vouchers attached to my account, one purchased online from Disney and one from Sam’s Club.

As of today I can still see the special offers. Sometimes in the past I have not been able to with only a voucher (all purchased directly from Disney). Not sure the rhyme or reason of it. Perhaps I can see them now because I had an AP that was recently active?

You should be able to see them but remember there are only AP offers for stays through Aug 28. If you are looking outside of those dates, you won't see any

If you are looking for dates in the active period, and still do not see anything, call Disney.
