Second Contract Welcome Home Stay

Yes incorrect unless they changed it again very recently which I don't think they have.

Also to add I just booked a 2nd welcome home stay within the last 2 months.

Yes, they seemed to not be aware and said they didn’t know why the guides kept telling people to call to ask…but they said it in such a way as to infer it was the guides who were poorly informed. (Hence my eye roll…)

When you get your points loaded call and just say "Im calling to book my welcome home stay for the new contract I just purchased" dont ask if they do it
