SeaWorld to Busch Gardens shuttle

I saw a sign today for the shuttle to BG. I have a few questions about it.

Is there a fee? Is the fee waived for certain types of tickets?

I have an annual passport. Would love to drive to SW (from Titusville area) and then leave the driving to BG (120 miles from me) to someone else.

Any info is appreciated.
