SeaWorld/DC/BG week after Labor Day?

Looks like next year will be a break from Disney (too much construction, and the company seems to be a bit confused in its direction so we're gonna take a break) and we're going to try some new things for us! We're going to do Discovery Cove, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens and were wondering if our typical vacation week is a good one for those parks? We usually go the weekend following Labor Day, so that would be September 9th or 10th of 2017. Can we expect low-ish crowds then? Disney "low crowds" aren't really low...just lower than their insane crowds LOL.

We did the week after you this year. We did Universal for seven days starting on Labor Day this year. Only thing I noticed is that SeaWorld was busier on the weekends otherwise it was fairly quiet.
