:confused3Anyone out there that can help us settle this big debate. We want to attend an Eagles game and my brother is convinced he wants to sit in the lower bowl, he is looking between rows 6 and 30 and around the 30-40 yard line. I am concerned on how much of the feild you will be able to see. Will you be high enough to see around all the players and other crap thay have on the side lines. I contend you want the upper bowl, preferably rows 1-3, that they you will have a great view of the whole field, no obstructions. His contention is you will be so far from the field that the players will look like ants and you will have to watch the whole game through binoculars. Are there any websites that you could get a better feel for Lincoln Financial Field and how the seats are arranged. I have seen numerous sites but they always show the stadium empty, I feel when it's full that view will change, especially down low. Please advise. Thank you

Always sit up higher if you're actually interested in the game/sport itself.

You not only can't properly see the field of play from down low, you can't see plays develop and execute.

Ask your brother where the media sits. That'll stop him.

As to what the view is, if you google the stadium or 'eagles game' with something like view from seat, you'll find a bunch of image results of people taking pics from their seats with stuff going on (there are probably videos up on youtube people took during the game from their seats as well). Like these folks, who are above where you're proposing by a decent margin and yet have a great view of the field. -

Don't get row 6. You can't see anything.

But anything from about row 20 back should be fine. Our extended family has season tickets to the Cincinnati Bengals games. Our seats about about row 25. You can see everything that goes on, plus you're close enough that the players don't look like ants.

Go higher! Can't speak for the Eagles, but I've been to Patriot games and you do not want to be in row 6, you will see NOTHING!

We tended to have near nose-bleed seats when we went (except for a few times) and even though the players were "ant-ish" I'd rather see that and see what's going on than the side-view of a man and that's it. No play, no depth, nothing. And they weren't really that small, either, completely watchable! Plus, there's the big screens for action shots, too :thumbsup2

good luck with finding those seats.

the only ones we could find are the nose bleed seats in the corners.

We have used the area before and the players do not look like ants

We have options through the seond market dealers, Looks Like we will try for the lower bowl and higher row. The last row is available in the section around the 40, not sure of seat numbers. Other option is row 25 and aisle seats around the 20. Any thoughts? Would there be any advantage to being in the last row of a section other than having no one behind you. Thanks again Don

At the linc, the higher you go the better it gets. Better views, better crowds, just over all rowdy fun.

that itself is worth the weight in gold. I am really surprised at the amount of people to spend that kind of money and are up and down (excuse me, excuse me , excuse me- making their way to the concession stands-)

having no one behind you-- means no one bumps your head or accidently drops stuff on you
