A few days ago I posted about taking ds (2) to Sears Portrait Studio.
We had decided to take the sheet portraits because we wanted to pick and choose. However since DS wasn't cooperating we ended up with just the one pose. What we bought ended up at $60.00 no big deal.
Today I am sitting looking at the other coupon I had for 52 portraits for $7.99 but you have to accept the first pose. I'm thinking well we DID accept the first pose.
So I call and ask if it is too late to change to the package, they first tell me that my order had already been sent, but they told me at the time of the session that I had until Tuesday night to change my order so I asked to talk to a manager.
She was very nice. Asked if I was new to Sears Portrait Studio. I was. She said that they can't usually change this. But because I was a first time customer and didn't know how they work she changed it for me. I got more pictures for about half the price. I will get the credit when I pick up my photos.
I think she went above and beyond, because I now know that you can not change sheets into a package. But you can change a package into sheets. Just thought I would share.
