Reviews from our 11/12-11/24 trip:

We used SEAL, Allentown to Sanford, no problems. We requested and received exit row seats. Smooth flight, on time, no luggage problems.

Return flight yesterday actually arrived early, very smooth flight, the plane was a bit rough inside, seat cushions faded, etc. but as long as it got us where we needed to go we didn't care. Only problem was that we didn't get exit row seats since we didn't get to the airport early enough. Not a problem for me, but DH is 6'5" so it was a royal pain for him, especially since the guy in front of him tried to push his seat back the entire flight... At least it was only a 2 hour flight...

Tiffany was on time and no big problems, we've used them before with no problems. We just didn't like our driver, Max, at all. He seemed to think he was God's gift to the world of towncar drivers and spent half of the drive to Disney telling us how often he gets requested "Max *only* please", and the other half spouting his political views that differ vastly from our own. Not that I have anything against having your own opinion, but we didn't feel like having a political debate on our vacation so we just sat there and held our tongues while I turned more and more shades of red... I know we should have said something to change the subject or alerted him to the fact that we were uncomfortable but since we haven't been in that situation before we just sat there.

He was exactly on time (after telling us how early he always is) at 6:15 am, which made me a bit nervous (hey we had a 8:45 flight the day before Thanksgiving), but he did show up. I know coming early would be expecting a lot due to the early time... He got out of the car and we must have looked thrilled because his first words were "you guys don't look happy at all". I said we were really tired, he said "you can nap then", then started to whistle and ask us a few questions, then surfing through the radio. I pretended to sleep so he wouldn't talk. DH said he felt uncomfortable sleeping around him so he stayed awake. DH said he was driving very fast, not signaling, cutting people off, etc. We didn't get in an accident and spent less time in his company so it was fine by me. He also didn't use his cell phone this time which was nice (the way to Disney he did, but all business calls, and it was hands-free so that's ok I guess).

Anyway, thanks for reading my vent, and my question - is there a way we can ask *not* to have Max in the future? We appreciate having the towncar because I drive a lot for work and DH is "directionally challenged" so it takes a lot of worry off of both of us not having to navigate Disney. And Tiffany is the only service I know of from Sanford to Disney. Should we just both have a drink before we get picked up so nothing bothers us - lol! Any thoughts?

FL tours, sponsor of this board picks up from Sanford, so does Cartier.
If you want to use Tiffany again, in the comment section request that Max not be assigned to your family.

We'll be flying SEAL from Allentown on Wed for the first time. Glad to hear you had an "uneventful" flight. We have booked Murray Hill to pick us up at Sanford and are hoping we made a good choice.
