Hi everyone, I have a couple questions about Sea World and the San Diego Zoo. First of all, how crowded would they be on weekend days in March? Crowded enough to avoid, or shouldn't it be a problem? I can do all my "park-ish" things on weekdays, but it would put them basically back-to-back, and I might want to spread them out. Also, how long should I plan on staying at each with two of us in our early 20s? Should we plan to be there at opening? Thanks! -Meg

Seaworld in March is probably going to have lightish crowds, but that's weather dependent. The warmer it is, the more likely people are to want to get wet. If you choose to stop in at all the shows and see all the aquariums, you could easily spend a day there. But if you choose to skip some.....

The Zoo will be worse, but I don't think you'll have significant crowding. The Panda exhibit may have a line and their may be a line for the bus tour, but both probably won't be too outrageous. I typically don't spend more then half a day there, but I live here, so it's different. It depends on how much time your family can spend watching the animals and whether your going to be interested in every aviary and the hoofed mammal area etc etc etc.
