Could you answer a question for me- my boyfriend and I are going to rent Sea Raycers one moring during our trip. I found a marina sign picture in SafteyMom's album that had the marina hours listed as 10-5 so we were thinking of sleeping in, getting breakfast and then heading out to the marina for opening, then heading into the park around 11ish. I think we will do this on an Animal Kingdom day since we have only a small list of Attractions to see there (Dinosaur, Kali River Rapids, EE, Its Tough to be a Bug, and the Character Trails) before the parade at 4:00. In any case, I wasn't sure how the Sea Raycer's worked... with the cert we could pay $48 for an hour and get 90 minutes so we could actually split it in half and get 45 minutes each on separate boats or the whole 90 on one. Is it better to ride with someone or by yourself? I feel like thats a lot of money for the amount of time... I would almost rather spend less money and go for $24 for 30 minutes and make it shorter... what do you guys think? Split it? Go together?

And can we pay with Disney Dollars?

:confused3 :confused3

I think it is more fun in one by yourself. We always broke up and chased each other around the lake.

I think its more fun to drive the Sea Raycers yourself too, the closer you are to the weight limit for the boats the slower you go, I think its 330-340 lbs max or close to that. IMHO 1/2hr at CBR is enough time as the lake is not big. POR, OKW, DD or Magic Kingdom resorts have a lot more area to cover in the boats. They adjust the charge for how long you actually take. You should be able to pay with Disney dollars. Have fun! :)

Thanks so much... I think since we can split the time it would be cool to take two of them! I am really excited! I am going to call to confirm our arrival so I will double check with CBR if we can use the Disney Dollars to pay! :thumbsup2
