Screen Door Vs. Hess Station Prices

Anybody know if the prices are about the same or is Hess cheaper?

For Beer and soft drinks Hess is MUCH cheaper.

Depends on what you're looking for. I've stopped at the Hess and maybe if I were looking for a lot of alcohol I'd go there but otherwise I've never understood the recommendation to schlep on over there. They just don't have that many items and I didn't think the prices were that different to be worth my time. And if I had a car I'd go to an actual grocery store. Now if they had Pepsi I might change my tune but it's the same old Coke as you find all over WDW.

We've schlepped over there for bottled water too!

Bread and yogurt are near normal in their price. You can but one six pack for the price of one beer at BWV or BC. Banannas are less expensive too !

Not sure why this thread was posted to the DVC Member Services board, but I agree with the PP mostly except I do find the prices significantly better on the VERY LIMITED items they sell. It's a convenient place to grab a few staples but don't confuse it with a grocery store.
