Scrapbooking weekend retreat-packing

Hi. Heading off this Friday at noon untill Sunday afternoon to a retreat at a Circle square Ranch. I need packing advise or what would be great is a web sight with pictures what ladys use for pack alot of small objects like embelishments,scissors,punches,ink pads, stampsect.

I usually use a tote for my cricut cartridges. I also use a pampered chef kitchen utensil rounder for scissors, pens and paper rippers. I have other creative memories boxes for my punches and other small items. I usually pack too much. I wish you luck. I usually start packing about a week before I leave.

I just did this for this past weekend. I planned which books I would be working on and ONLY took things for those subjects. I managed to use a crop in style (older blue tote) with cricut and the paper taker with card stock in the front pocket and the embossing tote on top of cricut. then I had and office crate (think USPS large crate) with misc stuff a XXL camera bag that had punches and stamp sets. A 2" art bin with pattened paper and some pages that I'd taken out of another album. then the cm weekender? with albums, page protectors and a few other things. I got 99% of everything I had done.

There are some great videos on you tube on this. Unlike most people I did not preplan any pages just the subject.
