Can a word be made backwards on the board? For example:

one more....does a blank get the points that the letter you are using would get? also, can a blank be doubled or tripled? thanks again...

a blank is no points. If its on a double/triple word score, the points for the word are double/tripled but the blank itself is worth nothing.
