Appears to be unanimous Scott. We all give you permission to buy the first one. Tell Biff the dis'ers approve. :thumbsup2

Have you considered Riverdale?
I would love it. But he does not want to go up the hill every day.

Her husband must make some snap. He's the minority owner of LEK Securities. He's the one who wrote their software. I think it's called ROX. :confused3
He's also 25 years older than her. :thumbsup2
he must.
Biff is 22 yrs my senior.

Scott,
I love the first one -- especially all those hardwood floors, those countertops in the kitchen, and the sink in the bathroom! It's beautiful!
so do we.

What a housing choice you have to make! My DSis lived right near Battery Park with a fabulous view of the Statue of Liberty. Unfortunately they were only there a year so I didn't get to visit as much as I would have liked however, now we live about 1/2 mile from them! :thumbsup2
I also love that you are pimping TRs but when am I going to find the time to read them all! :confused3 Housework can wait, right?
It is beautiful down there.
I know that is what I think when will i read them all, I hired a housekeeper. :lmao:

Personally I prefer the first one. The kitchen is beautiful and I hate being in the kitchen so it must really be nice!
Biff's selling point is the study.

:woohoo: I will pass it along.
:lmao: :rotfl2:

well sit down

we r in a studio

450 sq ft coop

we can get $325,000 - 350,000 for it.

It is crazy here.

condo studios down the block form us went for $670,000 for 630 sq ft.

And this is exactly what I remind DH of when we look at homes and then think it may be a little too "pricy". The prices for something decent are going up everywhere. Even though ours are relatively cheap compared to a lot of the country. They are going up, up, up.

Hey Scott! I have a technical question for you:

How do I make it so you can just click on the words in my sig to get to my PTR instead of having to have the "http://blahblahblah" up there? I have no idea about this computer stuff, and you seem to have quite a handle on it!

Oh my gosssssssssssh!!!!!!!! I am selling real estate in the wrong state... but I couldn't afford to live there. That is crazy!

Will you and Biff be dressed up?
Do you know about how much the tickets for the party will be? I can't seem to find any info anywhere.
I don't know. maybe a pirate hat or something.
P&PP were $45 around but I got them discount for $30.

I love the first house!!:thumbsup2 I couldn't open the 2nd for some reason. I will try again later.
me too.
his family is discouraging him now. I am working on him for Riverdale.

I thought the rest of the country the real estate was really bad and going down. NYC I think will always be high, people are always moving here.

Hey Scott! My computers back and I'm ready to read your 180947 page pre trip report! I'll be back in a month or two! Maybe I'll just scan to find out your plans so far! I'm sure that this trip will be much different than your last!

It is going down. Just not fast enough. But then again, I guess I wouldn't want it to go too far. I need to SELL before I BUY! :confused3

It's too bad Biff doesn't want to move to Riverdale.

Have you considered the suburbs? Nassau County? Westchester County? White Plains is nice and a short Metro North ride away from NYC.

well now he is looking at Riverdale because his family does not like Inwood. :confused3
So tonight he was on the computer looking at places in Riverdale. Then he realized it is not Time Warner up there but Cablevision and did not want to move there because of it. I had to then go on Cablevision and make sure his channels are available there.
Welcome to my world.
