In the summer my family went to Universal and concierge arranged for a scooter. Good thing as I ended up in the hospital and couldn't walk 2 feet. (recovering from cancer treatment). In Dec I will need a scooter again and Disney does it different. They gave me 4 companies. Who would you veterans recommend? TIA!

I have been renting from Walker Mobility for several years - wonderful service all around. They deliver to and pick up from the resort, and I do not have to be there. They leave the scooter with bell services. Their prices are very reasonable especially compared to WDW.

Thank you!

::yes::
different people have their favorites, but the ones listed in the FAQs thread are the ones DIS posters have reported generally good experiences with over the years.
I would feel comforable with any of them. Their websites are listed so you can see what products they offer and prices.

My cousin has used Walker Mobility for years and has always had great customer service from them. We've had to call them a couple of times and they have always been very prompt. We'll be using them again in December.

If you are somewhat new to the scooter or are getting one that comes apart for use in a car, I'd suggest Randy's because they will meet you there and show you how to do everything, but if you are comfortable with an ECV and have used them before, any of them work well.

I have used Buena Vista scooters the last three times and been very happy. This last trip I was having trouble with the tiller on the scooter "surging' and they promptly brought out a new machine even though it was the last day.
