We went to Sci-Fi on 8/18. This was our first experience with the dining plan, and the first time at this restuarant. We had Pop Tarts for breakfast about 6:00 AM, so by 11:00AM, we were pretty hungry. Sci-Fi did not disappoint! Yum, yum, yum! I had onion rings, cheeseburger, and a milkshake. DH had chili, ribs, and a milkshake. We paid oop for kid apps, and they shared our food. Did I mention it was yummy? We checked in, were seated promptly, and service was fast. I think we were in and out in about an hour. I have already booked an ADR for our next trip!!

Most everywhere we ate last year was pretty generic, so I'm trying to plan more interesting restaurants this year.
Disney seems to be on this big rib kick! Are they raising pigs somewhere? Hmmm, we have a lot of hog farms here in NC, maybe this is a good thing? Anyhow, each restaurant seems to do ribs differently. Some do the "wet" ribs and some the "dry" ribs. Note that I am not a rib expert, or a Disney dining expert, but I do like to eat, and I do like my pork!! DH had ribs at most places because he doesn't do "weird" and he doesn't do seafood. He recalls the Sci-Fi ribs being a tad dry. They weren't the take-a-bath-dripping-in-sauce type. I remember them being good, but not the best I have ever tasted. I hope this helps!
