I tried to make a SciFi lunch work with our touring plans, but it just isn't going to happen. I booked dinner because I read here that some folks were able to order burgers during the dinner hours even though they're not offered on the menu. Is this still true? Are the burgers just as good as the ones served at lunch or does the cook change make a difference in the quality? What about onion rings and shakes -- can you order these at dinner also?

:thanks:

We went to Sci Fi last Aug for dinner. We ordered burgers even though they were not on the menu with no problem. We also had shakes...very yummy. My kids don't like onion rings, so I can't comment on those. It was my first time there so I can't compare with lunch, but I would think the burgers would be the same.

:thumbsup2 Cool. Anyone else?
:upsidedow I just realized this is a hot topic today. ;)

Burgers are available on the children's menu during dinner time, so I guess that is why you didn't have a problem. I'm not sure how those compare to the adult lunch burgers though. We got the onion rings as an appetizer and they were good.

I ordered a burger and my aunt had onion rings during dinner and they were both very good.

We were able to order the burger in September during dinner...yummy. So were the onion rings and the shakes. This place will definately be on our list for next trip.

I just had a burger during dinner the week of 02/18 , I have never eaten there for lunch but it was huge and very good so I would imagine it is the same. :goodvibes

We also ordered burgers during dinner on 2/20 with no problem. We just asked our server when he took our drink orders. They were the same as the ones served at lunch.

Burgers were not on the kids menu when we visited last August. My son has allergies and he had to eat a hot dog which was the only safe option for him.
