School starts today!

DD starts next week.

Well, my boys and I started our third week of school this week. DH, who is also a teacher, is starting his second week. At least we get out at the end of May.

I went back today. My kids go back tomorrow.

I am not ready for summer to be over.

DD6 started first grade today. DD3 starts twice/week preschool next Tuesday.

I've never heard of any schools in NJ that started before Labor Day.

Teachers and Staff started today (I'm a Para) with meetings and getting rooms completely ready and kids start tomorrow.

My DH teaches at a private high school where my daughter goes as well and they started last Wed.

I keep thinking of that commercial where the dad is dancing through the office supply store while the song "It's the most wonderful time of the Year." is playing. Meanwhile the kids look well less than happy.

We go back to work on Tuesday for two days of staff development. The students will report back to school on Thursday.

I feel like I'm in overdrive right now prepping for school.
