Now that I've completed my 1st 3 scrapbooks, all Disney, I'm ready to move on to real life. I can't quite figure out how to organize these "normal" books, though.
I have a Vacation Book (other than Disney) for all vacations over 2 days. And, I have a Christmas Book.
I purchased 2 books for my boys (6 & 9), and I'm just starting these with "the present". I'll move on to the baby books later.
I did our Christmas pages for 2001. I have about 6 spreads for our Christmas Book, and I did one double spread for each of the boys' books featuring their own stuff...no problem.
Now, I have a "go kart" page. DH gave them a "go kart" and I designed a GREAT page (IMHO). I had planned to have a page in a "General Family Album" and one for each of the boys' books. Is this INSANE??? They're pretty much going to be the same page, but important to each book?.? I don't want to go overboard, BUT if I don't do it now, it won't get done. It's kind of easy to do 3 similar layouts at the same time.
How do you all deal with this???
