Say it isn't so Haunted Mansion is closed

Actually Haunted Mansion has a very fast moving line. However during the parades, in the early morning (when everyone is running to Space Mountain, Splash Mountain and Fantasyland) and any time after about 4PM, the line is nearly non-existant.

while we are at Disney This is my all time favorite and it has been the first ride the four times I've been to disney...what am I going to do now?

Was there Oct 7-11 and Haunted Mansion looked the same to me, except it was missing the Donald chair. I asked a cm who said it had been gone for a few months. I really hope they bring it back.

WE went last wednesday and we were at the part where the ladies head is talking in the ball, and it stopped and an announcer said there was some problems, we were stuck there for about 10 minutes having to listen to that lady repeat everything 4 or 5 times. It was a little weird b/c it never happened before.

A little off topic, but has anyone gone when its dark outside? I wanted to, but didnt get a chance, I know inside its the same but just knowing its dark outside would seem to give a different feeling. I'll have to try next year.

Although I would be really upset if it was closed when I was there I do have to say that it is in much need of a refurbishment. Especially in the stretching rooms.

hi all,
was just there 2 weeks ago and i have to say hm is one of my favorite rides too,but it is in need of a refurb.went on it 12 or so times in 10 days out of the 12 times 2-3 times the audio was a mess and skipped and left out areas of the audio.at certain scenes.hope all who are going get to ride it.
