Saw Treasure Planet on IMAX screen tonight

I also saw ead79 and her friend, Melissa. Then I saw sha_lyn and her family. Many, MANY thanks to Robinrs for bestowing the tickets upon us all.

How was the movie? I thought it was excellent! It was thrilling and full of high adventure. The effects were superb. To top it off, it looked and sounded FANTASTIC in the IMAX format.

I think everyone split. I didn't see anyone afterward. I'm not sure if Sharon & Elisabeth saw each other. We were missing Robin though.

nope, never saw Elizabeth. We should have tried to hook up, but we were so tired and DH and I both had headaches. I'm so glad there wasn't any traffic on the way back, It took 2 hours to go 41 miles to get there. We thought we were going to be late. Got there with 15 min to spare.

The movie was wonderful. The only bad thing was that floating spot that kept moving aroudn the screen. It was our first IMAX movie. WOW... We are planning to see Lion King there (starts Christmas day).

I noticed that spot, too. It would occasionally pop into my line of vision and I kept wondering what it was.
