Saw Sir Elton John in concert........

last Saturday night and all I can say is WOW! He was FABULOUS! Talk about a true musical icon. He played for 2 hours and 35 minutes.

If you ever have the chance to see him, don't pass it up. It was worth every penny we paid!

The one and only time that I saw Elton John in concert was back in the late 1970's. It was during the "Goodbye Yellowbrick Road" tour. The man was tireless in his performance and it did seem like the concert went on forever. It was perhaps the best live performance that I have ever seen.

I saw Billy Joel several years later and the audience at his concert was the most well behaved group of people that I have ever had the pleasure to be with. I had never been with a polite crowd at a concert. I suppose it was due to the age of the fans. Billy Joel was awesome. Perhaps the second best live performance I've seen.

I'm glad to know that Elton is still kickin' it after all these years.

I saw Elton John when I was 16 and to date it has got to be the best concert I have ever gone to. It was a solo tour and he played for close to 3 hours as well! I was VERY impressed! Very personable with the crowd.

I have seen Elton several times over the years. The last time it was just Elton and his piano, the other times he had the band with him. Every show has been great. Has anyone here seen the Vegas show?
