Savory Breakfast QS at Magic Kingdom?

I have a QS credit to use for my husband at MK, and I'm struggling to figure out where to plan to eat. My husband won't eat sweets for breakfast. He is also allergic to eggs. He also doesn't like American bacon (he's English and says American bacon is different, I don't eat meat so I don't know). He usually eats sausage, hash browns, mushrooms, tomatoes and toast for breakfast. We have the QS dining plan, but most mornings we're doing buffets so he can pick and choose. But, that's left me with one leftover QS for a breakfast at MK. I'm a pastry for breakfast girl so I can find something pretty much anywhere. Does anyone have any suggestions on where we could potentially find something he may eat?

I was going to say Friar Nooks in Fantasyland before I read about the egg allergy. They have a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich there. Not sure if he would be able to just get a sausage, cheese sandwich? (Sometimes they are already put together and unable to customize)

I have to say finding a savory breakfast at a qs in MK is tough(Dh always need a protein heavy choice so I’m used to searching them out). Once you add in the no eggs it becoming very challenging. Where are you staying? Can he use the breakfast credit at the resort before heading out?

We're staying at Wilderness Lodge. I was hoping to RD the MK and grab something quick while in the park. But, if necessary we can eat at Roaring Fork. I know they do have some meat heavy options. That is the day I planned to get a Lightening Lane Multi-Pass anyway, so if we're not able to RD we should still be able to get on the rides I want to get on.

Friars Nook has this listed for breakfast and lunch/dinner:

Cheddar, Bacon, and Ranch Tots

Drizzled with Ranch Dressing and topped with Green Onions
$10.49

Also Gaston's has this - which used to be a tart- so ham, cheese on top of puff pastry. Was a sandwich, changed to tart, now a sandwich again?:

Ham and Gruyère Sandwich

Crispy Croissant Dough filled with Ham and Gruyère served with Chips
$10.79

Okay, it's a sandwich now and it looks gooooooood.....I'm trying to link to instagram, but it's now working. Trust me, looks good!
