I'd call and cancel the policy is pretty clear about no-shows. You've given them your CC already so nothing ot stop them from charging you if you don't cancel the day before. You could probably talk go any Guest Services if you are on property a day or more before your reservation. Calling could be a long wait. Check your confirmation for a # or try (407) 939-5277
Cancellations
A valid, accepted credit card number is required at the time of booking. You must cancel at least one day prior to your reservation to avoid a per builder cancellation fee. If you fail to timely cancel and are a no-show, the credit card provided at the time of reservation will be charged the full price per builder.
