She was eating her blueberry pancakes this morning and dropped some on her yellow shorts:eek:
After I googled, I tried vinegar, scrubbed that in and then poured boiling water on it and the blueberry stain came right out:thumbsup2 Who would have thought to use hot water, I thought that would have set the stain.

Wow, thanks for the info! My son & I LOVE blueberries and I'm so paranoid about them staining our clothing. Knock-on-wood I'll never have to use that trick though!

we were told by a friend some weeks ago about using hot water on stains. My DD got a cherry stain on her shirt and luckily the person who we visited told my wife about it. We went home and my DW did it and it worked.

I was sooo proud of myself. I saved a white shirt from a rust stain yesterday. Nothing was getting it out, even hit up my mother for suggestions/advice (and I don't do that much). I "googled" it and the suggestion was lemon juice and sun. Worked like a charm! I was amazed. You can find anything on the internet.
