I'm going to show my age and vote for Gilda Radner. Actually, I'll cast a write in vote for all of the original Not Ready for Prime Time Players. I don't think any group has come close to being as funny as the John, Dan, Jane, Gilda, Chevy, and Garrett gang.

I love so many of the Saturday Night Live castmembers but my all-time favorite is Dan Carvey. I love his George Bush and Church Lady is one of my favorite characters ever. "Well, isn't that special?"

Phil Hartman. He was one funny man. Unfrozen Caveman Lawyer? C'mon...that was brilliance! Frank Sinatra? The AT&T phone customer he played with RoseAnn Barr, the Anal Retentive Chef, etc. He was awesome.

That's a tough call for me. I've been watching since it's inception. Lots of good talent as graced their stages!

I voted for Dan Akroyd though. I think he's the most diversified out of all of them. But Jim Belushi, Steve Martin, Garrett Morris, Eddie Murphy, Bill Murray, Dana Carvey, etc....they were all great!

gilda is my idol...i just played her in a show about SNL....we did motivational speaker and family dinner argument...mine was Substitue Judge..we all ran around in a court room acting like little kids....it was great! I played defendents wife (but we changed it to forewoman of the jurry)
