I'm in the UK and happily use my Navman ICN 510 to navigate here. I'm off to WDW in July and would like to take my Satnav with me but currently only have UK maps installed. I've been looking at maps for my trip and it appears I can buy the US maps for about $149 which is a bit expensive when I only want to use them for two weeks and I only want maps covering a small area (Sanford airport, Orlando, WDW, Kissimmee, Davenport etc. Does anyone know whether there are any time limited versions available, or maybe just a small area version? Any suggestions on how I can accomplish this a lot cheaper than the price I've already been stated would be appreciated.

Ownersmanual only suggests buying a map pack for a new region (ie USA)

My suggestion would be to check out the rental car company that you will be using. Most of them have an option for a navigation system and it will probably be less expensive than buying the software for your current system.

Will the ICN 510 take the SmartST ver 3.0 software? If it does, I can help you.

Yes, it is V3.0. I've sent you a private message, thanks for the offer of help.

I took a quick look at the Navman site and don'y think that my SmartST will work for you, I have the Pocket PC version.

Sorry
