Becca~yes I am avoiding you! Unless you dress up like the injection fairy and take a pic-then we can be friends again! Actually, I saw that you were on MSN last night, but then my mom called and I got in this long conversation with her, then I had a late dinner and hit the hay since I have to get up at 4:20 on Fridays! Any chance you'll be on tonight? I'll check in when I get back from dinner-we're going early so we can hit Happy Hour!

Tricia~I have absolutely no advice! And I totally do NOT envy what you're going through right now-I'm sure I'd be terrified every time she got in the car with her friends!

Wilma & Bonnie~have fun tomorrow! I wish I could go! And since Wilma's already met Bonnie and returned unscathed and food poisoning-free we have nothing to worry about.

Hey hags!

It's lunchtime, and man, am I happy to have a break! My class is crazy today! The new boy I have has ADHD and he is EVERYWHERE and refuses to listen. We have had a good class this year so it's kind of a shock to have to get back into the mode of monitoring a single child's every move. The other new boy has been gone this week but he'll return on Monday! It's Friday though, so we will enjoy the weekend and worry about it next week!

Bex, I hope you find a fabuous purse! I have got to get me one of those ivory Dooney's! Those really hit my spot. And for once I will have a bag that is not black or brown.

Angus, no, my purse is not here, it has been held up at the post office. I will NEVER order from that sucky place again.

Judi, 'sup, hag? Hope you're doing swell. What is Cole up to these days?

Wilma, it's almost Sex in the City time, baby! Sorry I suggested the cosmos with lunch. I am not a big drinker, so I always assumed that if it was just one, and if you were having it with food, it was ok to drive afterward. Good thing you told me or I might have gotten busted sometime!! ::cop: Are we Fandangoing our tickets, hag? Shannon and I were talking about that last night. But we werent sure of the exact theater!

Nah, I have hardly thought about the party! She's only having a couple of friends, and they are going to Laser Tag with Brent. So at our house we will just decorate, have some lunch (or maybe Brent can take them to McDonald's) and have cake and presents! Then Tuesday is melting Pot, but i think she will open her gifts from us on Sunday too, since Brent will be out of town on Tuesday.

Sorry Wilma....that butterfly was meant for Becca's house. I forgot that butterflies have no sense of direction

Kate still has a couple of days of school left. She had her awards ceremony this week because her school staggers the grade level awards. There isn't much space for parking.

Bonnie - no worries! I'd love to have a cosmo, but they seem to make me sillier than other drinks. Maybe it's the lovely pink shade, who knows. I hope my reply didn't make me sound like a creep - I've been dashing in and out of the internet lately with little time or regard so I hope I didn't sound like a judgemental poopball.

Speaking of poop, LInus is getting better. Flagyl is a great drug, but not if you are a parasite! Heather, keep your butterflies to yourself, little missy. Or, train them to fly only north and leave us on the East Coast alone. Becca and Speck can take them on but I am out of time for this level of doggy pooping.

Angie - I think Linus HAS been sneaking around. He's developed this devil may care attitude lately, and just does whatever the heck he wants. He's finally figured out that we feel too sorry for his aged self to scold him so he's going to do as he pleases. And if that means drinking standing water laced with diarrhea producing intestinal parasites following a heavy rain, so be it. I keep threatening to send him to doggy boot camp, but he just snorts at me and drops some hair on the carpet. He knows he's got me.

Heather - congratulations to Kate! Great job! How is the puppy?

Becca, I keep waiting for your plane to arrive so you can see the movie with us. Hop to it, lady! I feel for you with the swimming thing - I am not sure if BamBam is going to make it either. Fine with me, but make a decision already, okay kiddo? Barney and BamBam don't swim at the same pool right now and eliminating the drive to one pool at this point would be a welcome relief!

Judi - update on Mom, please. Tell her to be nice to the nurses, but she can give the docs all the hoohaa she wants to. They make the big bucks!

Tricia - way to go on the weight loss, lady! As for the driving thing, I guess you've got to let go a little. Would it make you feel better if she called you when she got to where she was going and when she left? Then you would only have a finite time to worry. A pain in the patoot for her, but maybe it will help get you through this part.

Hi, Kimmy! Where are you moving? I am with Becca - I moved 3 times in 5 years in the early years of my marriage and now I intend to stay put!

That's great news Judi. How is she feeling? She is still in my prayers. Post an update when you can.

I'll be out and about sweating my patootie off at the ball park this afternoon. Kelsie is at her first day of work. I can just hear the complaints starting as soon as she walks in the door. Another joy of having a sixteen year old. She is however going to the movies tonight with her friends so I still have a few couple of hours worry free for now.


Angie I'm glad you like your bracelet. Bonnie posted a link with a picture of it and it looks adorable. Post a pic please.

Hi hags! Got home a little while ago from the mini-meet with Shannon and wilma! It was a great time! Those hags are a hoot, I tell ya! We dined at Applebee's where we all had salad. Then we saw Sex in the City and we enjoyed it immensely! They showed a man's naked you-know-what in the shower scene! (That was Wilma's favorite part.) It was a great film!


Guess what finally arrived today??? My faux Coach purse! Over a month later! GEEZ! I can't even like it as much as I normally would have, cause I was so inconvenienced! Time to call "Bag, Borrow and Steal!"
