Hello all you sassy things. Where is everybody this weekend? No one visited since early yesterday morning.

As you can see I'm up way too early for a Sunday. We even went to church yesterday so I could sleep in but here I am at 6:00. Could someone please send my internal clock a memo that's it's summer. I think it must have missed that one.

You did better than me Tricia-I woke up at 4:30! That's the time I get up for work. Why is it so hard for me to get up at 4:30 during the week, but on the weekend I wake up naturally at that time??

Wilma~I promise not to fight with Becca & Bonnie anymore. But they started it!!

Good Sunday Morning Sassy Things

How I spent my summer vacation by the Judi Family ((Cole is at her Dads this weekend, OK)

Went to TC at 6pm. My brother went upnorth, so we got his king suite yes we had clean underwear with us Yep leave it on his charge

Went to the hospital, til we got booted. Then went to Turtle Creek casino, hey we were right there. They are opening a new building so they didn't have too many slots left but came out $60 ahead. Back to the room. Got up, back to the hospital. Well low and behold, there's another casino 20 miles north. Leelanau sands here we come. It was fun, we're broke but hey this is our vacation. Back to the hospital.

Time to leave, we finally ate. Cracker Barrel. I do forget to eat at times but I ate enough to make up for it.

Dining review: Mr. Judi had steak, I had catfish. Sorry didn't take pictures Are you still reading this carp?

Well, we're only 60 miles north of Little River Casino & right next door to the bank. Yep, off we go. Cole went with us on our honeymoon. Gotta justify the hole in the back account somehow. You got it, we're now even poorer

Got home at 1am. This is how you pack in a week's vacation in less than 2 days. I am the queen Add in the cost of gas and cha-ching, that free room was quite expensive.

Talked to Mom this morning, why you ask, cause I won't be there for a couple of hours. Epidural will stay today, O2 still an issue but considering all, she is doing quite well. Went on solids yesterday Still cannot get out of bed unaided so we'll work on it. Push the button Mom

Hey there Sassy ladies! Its been a busy weekend and I just got a chance to sit down. Brian and the boys are fishing since its such a beautiful weekend for once.

Judi, you have been busy! Glad you spread your Indian taxes around. You missed a Kewadin so they didn't benefit me. Its good to hear mom is eating solids, she'll be home before you know it!

Tricia, I slept in today for you.

Angie, any plans for your birthday coming up? I think dh should take you to the Melting Pot for dinner. I think we are going for our anniversary on the 5th, we won't go until Friday the 6th though. I deserve it after 15 years doncha think?

Wilma, I was not tattling, it was a PSA for all you others. Unless you enjoy being slobbered on. Thats all I'm saying about it.

Hello, Sassies! We have guests for the weekend so it's hard to elegantly dismiss myself and get to the computer. Judi - sounds like your mom is recovering well - the older you get, the harder it is to get off of the O2. Being patient is about the only way. Glad you got a good meal - did you save any fish for a late night facial?

Tricia - your internal clock is stubborn, isn't it? Play it some Jimmy Buffet - maybe it will relax into a summertime mood.

Angie - when is your birthday?

Hey Somethings! I am actually typing on my new laptop! Woot! Finally!

It sounds like you are all having a great weekend! I am too! Yesterday we went to the movies and chilled out in the hammock with my book. Today we went on a picnic and just enjoyed the woods for about six hours! I read a lot today and am almost finished with my book. We also went on a nature walk and the girls had a great time on the playground.

I miss chatting with everyone live! Seems like everyone is going their seperate ways!

Judi I'm glad to hear the Mom is doing well. I wish I were with you hitting all those casinos. That's my kind of fun.

Kendall and I left home at 9:15 this morning and just got back home at 5:00. That just might be our new record. The kid had money to spend (birthday) and wasn't coming home until it was all gone. If I say so myself she did really good. It's funny how expensive she thinks Abercrombie Kids is when it's her money but when it's my money it's not.

Becca thanks for sleeping in for me today. What time did I wake up?

Angie and Wilma what's happening today? Pool parties, swim practice?

Heather where are you girl? Please tell me the sickness has left the building.

Scott and I have been married 13 years today!!


We went to the movies the other night to see the new Indy movie. I really enjoyed it.....probably because I liked the others so well. I have heard a bunch of people complain about it, but I don't know what they were expecting? To me, it fit right in with the other movies...well maybe the end was a little more hoaky than the others, but still! Overall it was a typical Indiana Jones movie. I wonder if I can talk Scott into taking me again?

How was everyone's weekend? It was very very hot here!

For those who still have kids in school, is today a holiday for them? The reason I ask is next year my kids last day of school is Memorial Day. They get out 1/2 day.

We saw Iron Man...loved it! Then we went to get Brent some new office clothes and then had lunch at On the Border. Now just chillin' at home!

Hiya!! Well, the 3 day weekend is over!

Wilma-my b-day is next Sunday. I will be 24. No pool party this weekend. We were only in the 70's on Friday and it rained Friday and Saturday, so the pool cooled off.

Bex-no Melting Pot for me! We're going to the Yard House (it's a bar and restaurant that has over 100 different beers on tap). We're meeting my parents there Friday-they have Happy Hour from 3-6 so we're gonna hit that and booze it up for half-price!

Judi-your mom and your whole family are in my prayers.

Heather-Happy Anniversary!! What did you guys do to celebrate?

Tricia~your kids have to go to school on Memorial Day next year?? Someone must not have been paying attention to the calendar!
