Good morning, Sassies! I have come out from under my horde of preschoolers, laundry, internet meltdown and whatnot to converse with you fine people! Seriously, I have Amvets coming on Wednesday and I am trying to clean out the house as much as I can. As soon as I have done one closet, another calls!

What was that storm thing that we had here on the east coast? We lost our internet (and power) for 2 days - not fun! I didn't even know the bugger was coming - I thought we were just going to have a rainy day! Show's you what I know!

So, what's going on around here? Angie - I hope your shot went well! It does take a while to for you to know how much of an effect you will get from it. Are you feeling better today?

Bonnie - did Shannon buy you a chicken nugget?

Shannon - When you get caught up on your laundry, there is some more over here calling your name. I am behind from the storm!

Judi - you are amassing quite an interesting assortment of faces in your signature, my friend!

Tricia - I am joining the dieting bandwagon with you. Is there room? I am not digging the size of my patootie!

Heather - was Kate home sick all weeK? Yikes!

Is Becca back yet or did she opt to get a job at Disney world and abandon us?

Hiya Sassies! We arrived home late last night and I have the Disney gift that keeps on giving. Justin was the first to get sick, then Brian, Brendan and finally me. We had a few days that were not super fun, but I must say the boys sucked it up and trudged forward for most of the time. Justin and I won Dream fastpasses at Magic Kingdom and I booked the bounceback for next year even though I said I wasn't going to. I decided we needed a do over vacation! I'm off to read back and see if I missed anything juicy!

Well. I don't know, do you have any paper around the office? They LOVE to tear up paper! And, as an added bonus, they can take care of all of the candy that your coworkers (or yourself) might have resting on your desk in a candy dish!

Becca, so glad you are back! I have never gotten sick at Disney - did you remember your bleach in all of that stuff you sent? I am glad you all were able to "suck it up" and move forward. Congrats on the Dream Fastpass! Isn't that fun? Good luck with the re-entry!

Good morning!

I'm out of hiding again. We had a nice little camping weekend -- the first one that was just for the sake of camping. We really enjoyed it and hope to do it again before winter sets in. Atlas did pretty good.
I am going to ride my motorcycle to work today -- hope I don't freeze to death...

I better go get ready. I just wanted to yell a big "Good Morning" to you all...

Good morning folks.

I hope you all had a wonderful and relaxing weekend. We spent most of Saturday at the ballpark then shopping with Kelsie. I told her we weren't coming home without a dress. We finally found one at the last store. She makes her Confirmation next month and of course nothing in her closet would work. Now it's on to shoe shopping but at least I can do that without her. I don't mind buying shoes and returning them but that ain't happening with dresses.

Yesterday we went to a Saints game party. They wooped some 49er butt.

I think I have some reading back to do.

I shop, Cole tries on, I return. Been known to buy 5-7 pair of jeans and return most of them. Tricia, glad you finally found the perfect dress.

Oh I wouldn't go that far as to say we found the perfect dress but we did come home with a dress.

Judi I do the return thing with Colin. I've already bought that boy eight pairs of Jeans and we've kept one. He hates to shop, I love it so I'm like you. I buy, he tries on, I return. Sounds like a plan to me.

Good Morning Sassies!

This morning went rather well....Ithink Kate was excited to get back to school.

Wilma....Kate was sick a couple weeks ago right before Ike and missed Tues and Wed of school....then the school closed down Thurs and Fri for the storm. Then the school couldn;t open again cuz of damage to the roof. Soooo,,,,it was almsot like summer vacation all over again with darn near 3 weeks off........its been crazy.

Heather I hope Kate and her friends are happy to be back in school. I think it gives them a sense of normalcy again.

I just got in the attic and took down all of my fall decorations. I'm not big into Halloween decorating because I'm a scardy cat and don't like all that scary stuff. Give me cute little pumpkins and friendly scarecrows and I'm good.
