We used them in April for our 2 kids ages 4 and 9. We were staying at the BW and it was so easy to just walk over there. They had such a great time they did not want to leave! They begged us to go back. The CM's there were so great with my kids and I was so happy because I was having a hard time leaving them. When you get there you have to fill out paper work, let them know of any allergies, circle off on a menu the things your kids want to eat if they are having dinner there, then they give you a pager just in case and the direct phone # to them. The place was a nice size, and private where no one walking by could watch the kids, and safe from anyone walking in who shouldn't be there. The bathroom was clean and the toilet and sink were lowered so it was really easy for my 4 year old to go by himself. They do not take kids under 4 and not potty trained. Besides the dinner there were juice boxes available and cookies. There were coloring and activity pages, tons of toys, games, computers, video games, huge tv in a seperate section with Disney movies playing, and the CM's had crafts to do with the kids like sand art key chains. If your child is there at 10pm they have a "sleep over" and bring the kids to the section where the tv is, put on a movie and have them lay down with pillows and blankets, and milk and cookies. They did have juice for DD who is lactose intollerant. DD had her cell phone with her and we called her a couple of times and she was having so much fun and so was DS. It was him I was really worried about but he did great. DD said they were all so nice to her and the best thing was there was only 1 other kid there with them and 3 CM's!!
Next trip we have the kids club at the AKL booked because that is where we will be staying and they are excited to try a new place but DD said it will be hard to top the one at the BC. She has also stayed at the Neverland Club at the POLY an dalso liked that very much. I was a little uncomfortable with the fact that that place had too many sections out of view for the CM's and too many "dark corners". Maybe I am just paranoid. Also there were a lot of kids at the POLY.
