San Juan Port Day - Forts & Beach?

I'm looking at a January 2027 sailing with a port day in San Juan. Is there time enough for exploring one or both of the Forts, as well as a few hours on a good beach?

On my family's cruise stop at San Juan a few years ago, it took us maybe 20 minutes to walk to Castillo San Cristobel from the cruise port, and we spent less than an hour there. We were back to the port in time for lunch. So I'd say yes, you could explore a fort or two and have several hours left to go to a beach.
