Read on Couponing to Disney that Sam's Club is having open house this weekend...For non-members looking to get the bonus Disney gift cards, this is a perfect opportunity...no 10% fees either!

Thanks! We hit it in the Spring and about time to restock. I think we'll go Sunday after church!

We went last time. Can we go again this time? Or is it one free visit?

And tell me more about these gift cards!

Thanks,
Maggie

why is this stuff on here?

Because the Budget Board is designated as "Learn the 'in and outs' of smart earning, saving, and spending your money. Our motto: 'Any dollar saved or earned is another dollar for Disney!' Be sure to visit our DIScounts Page for more Disney money saving tips!". So, I imagine that a free pass to Sam's Club could be considered a way to save money.

That, and Sam's Club offers $100 Disney gift cards for $98.87 (plus a bonus $10 Disney Store gift card). The $100 gift cards can be used to pay off room and package balances, as well as for meals and merchandise. The Disney Store gift cards can be used to buy things online or in store for the trip - autograph books, t-shirts, etc.

Can the store gift card be used to buy park gift cards?

I'm pretty sure the answer is no. I haven't seen it, but someone else had posted that it was only good for merchandise. It can be used for merchandise at the Disney Store and disneyshopping.com, but not at the stores at WDW (including the World of Disney at DTD).

Interesting that you haven't posted in 5 years, but you are all over the Budget Board today. If you are trying to get to 50 posts to get back on the DVC Rent/Trade board, the posts have to actually contribute to the discussions, per board guidelines. ;)
